Anupama tells Anuj that she told her about the file which she found from Gurumaa’s stuff, and says that she got this picture from that file. She says she wanted to tell him yesterday, but couldn’t. She says maybe God wanted you to know this today, she says she kept the photo in her purse while going to the orphanage, and when she was giving the check to Sushma, she accidentally gave the photo too and the photo went down. She fell and Sushma recognized that it was you. She tells that when she asked him for proof, he gave her your birth certificate and also the receipt of Malti Devi handing her over to the orphanage and receipts of donations which she used to send all these years. Hearing this, Malti Devi starts crying. Anuj looks at him.

यह सुनकर मालती देवी रोने लगती हैं। अनुज उसकी ओर देखता है। बा कहती हैं कि अनुज के रिश्तेदार कहीं से भी सामने आ जाते हैं, लेकिन इस बार रिश्तेदार की एंट्री के बाद रिश्ते का पता चलता है। बाबू जी कहते हैं यह भगवान की लीला है। वनराज अविश्वसनीय कहते हैं। पाखी का कहना है कि यह चौंकाने वाला है। अधिक कहते हैं कि जब यह हमारे लिए इतना चौंकाने वाला है तो हम सोच भी नहीं सकते कि यह आपके लिए कितना चौंकाने वाला होगा। रोमिल कहते हैं, मैं समझ सकता हूं, जब मम्मी ने मुझे पापा से मिलवाया तो मैं भी हैरान रह गया। बरखा कहती है कि यह एक चौंकाने वाला मोड़ है, मालती देवी आपकी मां हैं। छोटी अनु पूछती है कि क्या हो रहा है? काव्या कहती है कि गुरुमाँ तुम्हारे पापा की माँ हैं। छोटी अनु खुश हो जाती है. अनुपमा मालती देवी से कहती है कि हालाँकि वह नहीं जानती थी कि वह उसका बेटा है, लेकिन उसका दिल जानता है और इसीलिए तुम उसे बेटा कहती थी।

अनुज कहता है कि तुम मेरी माँ नहीं हो और मैं तुम्हारा बेटा नहीं हूँ। वह कहता है कि मैं उसे एक बार भी स्वीकार नहीं कर सकता। वह कहते हैं कि आप जानते हैं कि मां मेरे लिए क्या मायने रखती हैं, लेकिन उनसे मिलने के बाद यह मेरे लिए अभिशाप है। मालती देवी सदमे में हैं. वनराज कहता है कि मैं आपकी भावनाओं को समझ सकता हूं और मुझे कुछ भी कहने का अधिकार नहीं है, और उसे कुछ समय देने के लिए कहता है।
