Vanraj is heartbroken when he learns that Kavya’s child is Anirudh’s and not his. Anupama tells Kavya that she has cheated and hence she should decide for herself whether she wants to tell the truth or hide it. Kavya broke down. Anupama prays to God to handle the situation and leaves the room. She sees Vanraj sitting motionless on the floor and realizes that she overheard their conversation. She remembers Vanraj and Kavya in their bedroom during their 25th wedding anniversary and wonders why when happiness comes, sorrows follow immediately. Anuj asks her where was she going leaving the party midway. He senses her tension and asks what happened. Leela asks where is Kavya as she has to give her medicine. Anupama says Kavya will come down freshened up. Leela asks if Kavya is fine. Anupama says yes. Leela takes him along to show her something.
Kavya controls herself and leaves the room. Family plays games. Anupama laughs superficially and sees Vanraj returning to the family. Kavya takes medicine from Anupama and thanks God that she told the secret only to Anupama and not to V, otherwise it would have been a big problem. Anupama thinks what kind of dilemma is this, she can neither remain silent nor tell anyone. Barkha panics when Ankush doesn’t pick up the phone and hopes her worst fear doesn’t come true. काव्या खुद को नियंत्रित करती है और कमरे से बाहर चली जाती है। परिवार खेल खेलता है. अनुपमा ऊपरी तौर पर हंसती है और देखती है कि वनराज परिवार के पास लौट रहा है। काव्या अनुपमा से दवा लेती है और भगवान का शुक्रिया अदा करती है कि उसने केवल अनुपमा को ही राज बताया, वी को नहीं, वरना बड़ी समस्या हो जाती। अनुपमा सोचती है कि ये कैसी दुविधा है, वो ना तो चुप रह सकती है और ना ही किसी को बता सकती है. जब अंकुश फोन नहीं उठाता तो बरखा घबरा जाती है और उसे उम्मीद है कि उसका सबसे बड़ा डर सच नहीं होगा। पाखी अधिक को देखती है और सोचती है कि वे प्यार के बिना रिश्ता निभा सकते हैं लेकिन सम्मान के बिना नहीं, अब बहुत हो गया। फिर वह परिवार की खुशियाँ देखना बंद कर देती है और सोचती है कि घरेलू हिंसा को चुपचाप सहन करेगी या कुछ दिनों तक इंतजार करेगी जब तक कि वह अधिक को करारा जवाब न दे दे।

वनराज खुद को कार में बंद कर लेता है और टूट जाता है। काव्या की बातें याद करके वह चिंतित हो जाता है। अनुपमा कार का दरवाजा खोलती है। वनराज का कहना है कि जिस बच्चे के लिए वह गोद भराई समारोह के दौरान नृत्य कर रहा था वह उसका नहीं है; उसका प्यार उसका भ्रम था और उसकी शादी एक बड़ा धोखा। काव्या वी को खोजती है और सोचती है कि उसे किसी और से पता चलने से पहले उसे सच्चाई बता देनी चाहिए। वनराज बताता रहता है कि कैसे उसकी खुशी सिर्फ एक भ्रम थी। अनुपमा उसे खुद पर नियंत्रण रखने के लिए कहती है। वनराज पूछता है कैसे करें। अनुपमा कहती है कि वह जानती है कि काव्या ने उसे सबसे बड़ा धोखा दिया है। लीला वी को खोजती है। लीला उसे डॉक्टर को बुलाती है। अनुपमा कहती है कि काव्या ने जो कुछ भी किया उसे सही नहीं माना जा सकता, यह सबसे बड़ी गलती है, लेकिन उनके बीच एक बच्चा शामिल है। वनराज का कहना है कि यह उसका बच्चा नहीं बल्कि अनिरुद्ध का नाजायज बच्चा है। अनुपमा का कहना है कि रिश्ते नाजायज होते हैं लेकिन बच्चे नहीं, उन्होंने इस बच्चे को लेकर बहुत सारे सपने देखे थे; वह याद दिलाती है कि कैसे उसने उसे 8 साल तक धोखा दिया और बच्चे को सिर्फ निर्दोष मानने का अनुरोध किया।
