Today’s Bhagya Lakshmi 23rd September 2023 episode starts with Rishi telling Lakshmi that she doesn’t need to care about anyone else and both of them should not lie to each other anymore.Rishi tells Lakshmi that he only wants to marry her because his heart belongs to her which causes Malishka to scream in frustration.Malishka comes in between Rishi and Lakshmi and asks Rishi what nonsense he is talking about love and marriage when they are about to get married.

As Malishka denies that Rishi has any romantic feelings for Lakshmi, Rishi says that he knows what is in her heart and says that he loves Lakshmi very much.Malishka gets mad after hearing Rishi’s answer and asks him what about her who has been dreaming of marrying him for so many years.Insulting Lakshmi’s character and beauty, Malishka says that she has no chance against her, but Rishi tells Malishka not to insult Lakshmi like that as she is very important to him.

Hearing Rishi’s words, Malishka gets furious and starts throwing things in the mandap and shouts that Rishi is only hers and no one else can snatch him.Everyone is shocked to see Malishka’s crazy appearance and tries to stop her but Malishka becomes uncontrollable and runs upstairs, pushing the pillars of the mandap.Abhay warns Lakshmi that if anything happens to Malishka, he will not leave her, after which Sonal, Kiran, Abhay, Rishi and Lakshmi run upstairs but find the door of Malishka’s room closed.

Kiran asks Malishka to open the door while Abhay checks the windows, then Lakshmi runs away to get something as she remembers about it.Abhay accuses Rishi of acting spontaneously and not thinking even once about Malishka as he proposed to Lakshmi in the middle of his marriage with Malishka.Lakshmi brings the keys to the room and doesn’t find the right one after which Kiran snatches the bunch of keys and says that Lakshmi is deliberately delaying so that something happens to Malishka.

They enter the room and see Malishka breaking a glass bottle to stab herself but Sonal and Abhay stop her and Abhay slaps her which eventually calms her down.When Kiran comes to Neelam and asks her why her daughter has to suffer like this because of Rishi, Abhay hugs his daughter and she screams for Rishi.Karishma asks Rishi and Lakshmi to leave the room, which they follow and they come downstairs where Virendra and Dadi ask if Malishka is okay.

Lakshmi says that she is leaving the house and asks Rishi to stop pleading her continuously as she will not marry him as it is not in her destiny.Dadi requests Lakshmi to accept Rishi’s love as she has finally declared her feelings to the world, but Lakshmi walks away and stays as Rishi swears at her.Rishi asks Lakshmi why she had stopped and says that Lakshmi’s care for him is her love and she knows that she loves him more than that.

Virendra and Dadi tell Lakshmi that people may have different opinions about her but she will change them with love, to which Lakshmi says that if that was the case then it would have already become a reality.Neelam comes and slaps Rishi after which she insults Lakshmi for planning such a big game to destroy everyone’s happiness.Neelam says that she will never let Lakshmi become Rishi’s wife and will separate their intertwined destinies if necessary.
