Imlie asks the nurse why did she stop Atharv’s drip. The nurse gets stressed. Imlie notices that Atharv is having trouble breathing and the vital signal monitor has gone off. She restarts the monitor and drip. The nurse runs away. Imlie catches him and asks why did he stop Atharv’s drip. Keya walks out with Akash and signals to the nurse to keep her mouth shut. Nurse says she did this on Imlie’s orders and gives poisonous drip to Atharv. Imlie warns him to stop lying. Keya asks why would the nurse lie. The family says they will never trust Imlie. The nurse says that Imlie hired her to kill Atharv as she did not want Atharv to claim Imlie’s daughter. The family refused to believe the nurse and asked for proof. Nurse says Imlie has poison bottle in her bottle. Keya brings Imlie’s purse and takes out the poison bottle from it. She and Akash continue to accuse Imlie while the family defends Imlie. Keya threatens to call the police. Imlie says she will call the police instead, calls them, and says the nurse will not go until the police come.
The family believes that Imlie can never harm Aharwa. Devika says that Imlie has already suffered a lot because of him, she will do Pooja after Imlie comes out of this mess. Imlie threatens the nurse that she will get life imprisonment for the attempt to murder case and the nurse will be jailed for at least 5-6 years and given harsh punishment for supporting her. If she wants to save herself, she asks him to tell who is behind all this. Nurse gets scared and says she cannot tell the name. Keya peeps inside and signals the nurse to run away. The nurse runs away. Imlie runs after the nurse. Keya gathers the family and says that Imlie said something to her nurse and ran away with her.
Police comes and captures Imlie. Imlie tries to explain that she was trying to catch the main culprit, but they don’t believe her. Rana requests the inspector not to arrest Imlie. Inspector says they got complaint from her house and they have to arrest Imlie in attempt to murder case. He forcefully arrests Imlie and takes her away. Atharv wakes up and calls Imlie. Ginny informs him about Imlie’s arrest. Kairi comes in and questions Atharv. Atharv promises to bring his mother back and with great difficulty walks out of the house. The family tries to stop him. Atharva attacks them for letting Imlie get arrested and barely manages to escape to save her.
Precap: Atharv drives the car behind the police jeep to save Imlie. He loses control on seeing a speeding truck coming towards him and crashes his car into a tree, even as the jeep crashes into a tree.

इमली नर्स से पूछती है कि उसने अथर्व की ड्रिप क्यों रोक दी। नर्स तनावग्रस्त हो जाती है. इमली ने देखा कि अथर्व को सांस लेने में दिक्कत हो रही है और महत्वपूर्ण सिग्नल मॉनिटर बंद हो गया है। वह मॉनिटर और ड्रिप को पुनः आरंभ करती है। नर्स भाग जाती है. इमली उसे पकड़ लेती है और पूछती है कि उसने अथर्व की ड्रिप क्यों रोक दी। केया आकाश के साथ बाहर चली जाती है और नर्स को अपना मुंह बंद रखने का संकेत देती है। नर्स का कहना है कि उसने इमली के आदेश पर ऐसा किया और अथर्व को जहरीली ड्रिप दे दी। इमली ने उसे झूठ बोलना बंद करने की चेतावनी दी। केया पूछती है कि नर्स झूठ क्यों बोलेगी। परिवार का कहना है कि वे इमली पर कभी भरोसा नहीं करेंगे। नर्स का कहना है कि इमली ने उसे अथर्व को मारने के लिए काम पर रखा था क्योंकि वह नहीं चाहती थी कि अथर्व इमली की बेटी पर दावा करे। परिवार ने नर्स पर विश्वास करने से इनकार कर दिया और सबूत मांगा। नर्स का कहना है कि इमली की बोतल में जहर की बोतल है। कीया इमली का पर्स लाती है और उसमें से जहर की बोतल निकालती है। वह और आकाश इमली पर आरोप लगाना जारी रखते हैं जबकि परिवार इमली का बचाव करता है। केया ने पुलिस बुलाने की धमकी दी। इमली कहती है कि वह इसके बजाय पुलिस को बुलाएगी, उन्हें बुलाएगी, और कहती है कि नर्स तब तक नहीं जाएगी जब तक पुलिस नहीं आती।

पुलिस आती है और इमली को पकड़ लेती है। इमली समझाने की कोशिश करती है कि वह मुख्य अपराधी को पकड़ने की कोशिश कर रही थी, लेकिन वे उस पर विश्वास नहीं करते। राणा ने इंस्पेक्टर से इमली को गिरफ्तार न करने का अनुरोध किया। इंस्पेक्टर का कहना है कि उन्हें उनके घर से शिकायत मिली है और उन्हें हत्या के प्रयास के मामले में इमली को गिरफ्तार करना होगा। वह इमली को जबरदस्ती गिरफ्तार कर लेता है और अपने साथ ले जाता है। अथर्व जागकर इमली को बुलाता है। गिन्नी ने उसे इमली की गिरफ्तारी के बारे में बताया। कैरी अंदर आती है और अथर्व से सवाल करती है। अथर्व अपनी माँ को वापस लाने का वादा करता है और बड़ी मुश्किल से घर से बाहर निकलता है। परिवार उसे रोकने की कोशिश करता है। इमली को गिरफ्तार होने देने के लिए अथर्व उन पर हमला करता है और बड़ी मुश्किल से उसे बचाने के लिए बाहर निकलता है।
अगले भाग में: इमली को बचाने के लिए अथर्व पुलिस जीप के पीछे कार चलाता है। वह एक तेज रफ्तार ट्रक को अपनी ओर बढ़ता देख नियंत्रण खो देता है और अपनी कार को एक पेड़ से टकरा देता है, यहां तक कि जीप भी एक पेड़ से टकरा जाती है।
