Prachi argues with Ranbir. Ranbir asks Akshay to stand near Prachi and says he will like it. Shahana comes and asks Ashok what happened? Ashok says that Prachi, Akshay and everyone are in the mall. Prachi sees Shera disguised in line. Prachi asks the inspector to arrest Shera and others saying that they are involved with the thieves.
Seeing this, Shera takes Prachi hostage. Shera threatens the police and asks the police to let them go. Seeing this, the policemen move aside. Shera asks his men to open the door. Ranbir sees gun with Akshay and asks Akshay to pick it up. Akshay does not pick up the gun as he is scared. Ranbir moves towards the gun and asks Prachi to shut up. Prachi becomes silent. Ranbir shoots Shera. Shera is shot in the shoulder. The police took the thieves into custody. Akshay’s family helps Prachi to get up. Mihika helps Ranbir to get up.
The police exited with the thieves. Manpreet asked the police where are the children? Manpreet sees her kids and goes towards them. Prachi asks Shahana what is she doing here? Ranbir asks Shahana why is she crying? Ranbir says everyone is fine. Mihika sees that Ranbir is injured and she asks Ranbir about it. Ranbir says its just small.
Prachi later tells Shahana that Ranbir and Mihika are together and they are about to get engaged. Shahana is shocked to hear this.
Daljeet sees Ranbir and takes Pallavi from there on some pretext.
Ashok tells the kids that they should go home. Shahana asks Ashok’s family if she can take Prachi with her. Ranbir says that she can take Prachi with her. Manpreet also agrees. Shahana takes Prachi from there.
Shahana brings Prachi home. Prachi remembers what happened and says that Ranbir understands what this mangalsutra means to her and says that Akshay only thinks that this mangalsutra is only an expensive ornament.
Tandon’s family praises Ranbir as he saved Prachi from thieves. Akshay says that he too was about to save Prachi but he got leg cramps so he could not move. Ashok asked the children to go and rest. Hearing this, Akshay tells Mihika that he is going to prove that Ranbir loves Prachi. Akshay tells Mihika that he is going to hurt Ranbir a lot after that. यह देखकर शेरा प्राची को बंधक बना लेता है। शेरा ने पुलिस को धमकी दी और पुलिस से उन्हें जाने देने के लिए कहा। यह देखकर पुलिस वाले एक तरफ हट जाते हैं। शेरा अपने आदमियों से दरवाज़ा खोलने के लिए कहता है। रणबीर अक्षय के पास गन देखता है और अक्षय से उसे उठाने के लिए कहता है। अक्षय बंदूक नहीं उठाता क्योंकि वह डरता है। रणबीर गन की ओर बढ़ता है और प्राची को चुप रहने के लिए कहता है। प्राची चुप हो जाती है। रणबीर ने शेरा को गोली मार दी। शेरा के कंधे में गोली लगी है. पुलिस ने चोरों को हिरासत में ले लिया। अक्षय का परिवार प्राची को उठने में मदद करता है। मिहिका रणबीर को उठने में मदद करती है।
पुलिस चोरों के साथ बाहर निकल गई। मनप्रीत ने पुलिस से पूछा कि बच्चे कहां हैं? मनप्रीत अपने बच्चों को देखती है और उनकी ओर जाती है। प्राची शहाना से पूछती है कि वह यहाँ क्या कर रही है? रणबीर ने शहाना से पूछा कि वह क्यों रो रही है? रणबीर कहते हैं कि हर कोई ठीक है। मिहिका देखती है कि रणबीर घायल है और वह रणबीर से इसके बारे में पूछती है। रणबीर का कहना है कि यह तो बस छोटा सा है।
प्राची बाद में शहाना से कहती है कि रणबीर और मिहिका एक साथ हैं और उनकी सगाई होने वाली है। यह सुनकर शहाना हैरान हो जाती है।
दलजीत रणबीर को देखती है और कोई बहाना बनाकर पल्लवी को वहां से ले जाती है।
अशोक बच्चों से कहता है कि उन्हें घर जाना चाहिए। शहाना अशोक के परिवार से पूछती है कि क्या वह प्राची को अपने साथ ले जा सकती है। रणबीर कहता है कि वह प्राची को अपने साथ ले जा सकती है। मनप्रीत भी सहमत हैं. शहाना प्राची को वहां से ले जाती है।
शहाना प्राची को घर ले आती है। प्राची को याद आता है कि क्या हुआ था और कहती है कि रणबीर समझता है कि इस मंगलसूत्र का उसके लिए क्या मतलब है और कहती है कि अक्षय केवल सोचता है कि यह मंगलसूत्र केवल एक महंगा आभूषण है।
टंडन का परिवार रणबीर की प्रशंसा करता है क्योंकि उसने प्राची को चोरों से बचाया था। अक्षय कहता है कि वह भी प्राची को बचाने वाला था लेकिन उसके पैर में ऐंठन हो गई इसलिए वह आगे नहीं बढ़ सका। अशोक ने बच्चों को जाकर आराम करने के लिए कहा। रणबीर अक्षय से कहते हैं कि वह वहां थे और उन्होंने देखा कि अक्षय ठीक थे और कहते हैं कि वह बंदूक उठाने से डर रहे थे। रणबीर ने अक्षय से पूछा कि वह दोगला व्यवहार क्यों कर रहे हैं? अक्षय वहां से चला जाता है.
अक्षय मिहिका के पास आता है और मिहिका से रणबीर को उसकी पत्नी से दूर रखने के लिए कहता है। अक्षय मिहिका से कहता है कि वह देख रहा है कि रणबीर हमेशा प्राची के आसपास रहता है। अक्षय मिहिका को यह भी याद दिलाता है कि रणबीर ने अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर प्राची को बचाया। मिहिका अक्षय से कहती है कि रणबीर ने प्राची को बचाया क्योंकि अक्षय में ऐसा करने की हिम्मत नहीं थी। मिहिका अक्षय से कहती है कि रणबीर ने प्राची को बचाया क्योंकि उसने संकेतों से उससे विनती की थी और कहती है कि रणबीर ने प्राची को केवल इसलिए बचाया क्योंकि उसने उससे ऐसा करने के लिए कहा था। यह सुनकर अक्षय मिहिका से कहता है कि वह यह साबित करने जा रहा है कि रणबीर प्राची से प्यार करता है। अक्षय मिहिका से कहता है कि वह उसके बाद रणबीर को बहुत दुख पहुंचाने वाला है। मिहिका कहती है कि उसे कोई परवाह नहीं है क्योंकि वह कुछ भी साबित नहीं कर पाएगा।
