Today’s Kumkum Bhagya 5th October 2023 episode starts with Ranbir and Prachi getting confused after hearing the transgender woman warning Prachi to be careful.Ranbir decides to change the topic of discussion so that Prachi doesn’t feel burdened after which they start the car and go straight to the police station.Meanwhile, Akshay reaches the police station and tells the inspector that Rana had requested to meet him after which the constable shows Akshay the way inside.
Akshay comes to Rana and asks him not to tell anything about his involvement in the kidnapping, else it will not be good for him.Rana tells Akshay that if Ranbir tells him the truth he will give him money and freedom, after which Akshay says that he is ready to pay Rana whatever he wants.Akshay asks Rana to keep the secret, then suddenly Ranbir and Prachi reach the police station and are shocked to hear that someone has already come to meet Rana.
Ranbir and Prachi come to Rana’s room but do not find anyone in front as Akshay hides behind the wall and nervously listens to their conversation.Prachi and Ranbir request Rana to tell them who is the mastermind behind Khushi’s kidnapping and even agree to give them any amount of money they want.Rana tells Ranbir and Prachi the name of the mastermind is Raaka which leaves them both confused when Akshay arrives there and grabs Rana by his collar asking him who he is talking about.
Prachi asks Akshay to let Rana go and they decide to leave the police station when Ranbir tells Akshay that he feels something is wrong about Akshay.Akshay says that Ranbir cannot bring any evidence against him even though he has shown many times that Ranbir is the one who has done everything.As Akshay asks Prachi to come with him in his car, Ranbir comments that Akshay drives his car like a bullock cart which angers Akshay and he challenges Ranbir to a race.
Ranbir stops his car while Akshay runs away after which Ranbir tells Prachi that he wants her time and presence which he has already got.Akshay comes home and tells Abhay how he won the race and even says that he was the main mastermind of the kidnapping, which shocks Abhay.Ranbir and Prachi get back together and Akshay boasts about how he won the race, while Ranbir says that he approached the race very slowly because Prachi did not want him to speed up the race.
Abhay tells Akshay that Ranbir messed with him while explaining the trick to him after which Akshay comes to Ranbir’s room and starts getting angry at him.Ranbir says that Akshay has too much confidence in himself which makes him blind after which he says that Prachi will be happy only with him.Mihika overhears everything and tells Divya how Ranbir is openly expressing his love for Prachi after which Divya suggests Mihika to send Prachi away from the house.
On the other hand, Prachi hears a knock and thinks it is Ranbir but it turns out to be Akshay who reminds her about Khushi’s entry.Prachi calls Ranbir and asks for his suggestion about school choice which brings Ranbir to Prachi’s room and they discuss things while making glances at each other.Mihika watches everything from a distance and is shocked as Ranbir tells Prachi that he misses her a lot.After Ranbir leaves, Prachi says that she also misses him a lot after which both of them look at the moon from their respective rooms with smiling faces.
