Meet 10th September 2023 episode starts with Sumeet taking Shlok to the bus and slowly making him sit inside after which she tells Poonam that this is the only way to bring Shlok back to consciousness.At Shagun, Raunak wants to celebrate Sumeet losing the task with a bottle of champagne, but Shagun says that they should celebrate after Sumeet loses.
On the other hand, following Sumeet’s signal, Raj drives the bus and during this the family imitates the bus accident that happened three years ago.Suddenly, Raj shouts that the brakes of the bus have failed, which scares Chaudhary.Shlok sits looking stunned but silently asks Anand for help after which Raj unexpectedly stops the bus to give the impression of an accident.
Ashok stands up pretending to be Anand and says that he will not let anything happen to the family and eventually all the Chaudharys will go down.As a result, Shlok gets a flashback about the blood-soaked but selfless Anand, who is putting his life at stake, despite the fact that he may also come down.Chaudhary alighting from the bus sees Shlok who immediately wakes up and shouts for Anand while Sumeet prays to God.

Seeing this, Sumeet tells Poonam that they will fix Shlok after which both he and Raj start making further preparations.Amidst all this, Ashok keeps crying but tells Shlok to stand against all troubles otherwise Shagun will enslave the family.Soon, Shagun reaches the fake bus accident site and amidst all this, Sumeet and Chaudhary pretend to be tied in chains and scream for help.
This has an impact on Shlok, causing him to say that he will save his family, while seeing Shlok regaining consciousness, Sumeet confesses that everything was made up.However, Rajeev becomes suspicious but Sumeet insists that he is confident and during this Shagun enters clapping.Seeing Shagun, Raj moves forward but Sumeet stops him after which Shagun says that she will help Sumeet by telling Shlok everything.

Shagun approaches Ashok and pulls him to Shlok and tells him that he was writing the letter to her and not Anand.She tells Shlok that he is mad and also says that he should be in a mental hospital, but the family says that he is not mad.Shlok collapses and Shagun tells Sumeet that he has finally made Shlok mad.She laughs saying that now Chaudhary will be her slave after which she leaves.
After Shagun leaves, Sumeet, Poonam and Rajeev cry and tell Shlok not to trust Shagun but Shlok says that he is mad.Everyone gets shocked, during which Shlok gets up and walks forward and Sumeet follows him.On the other hand, Raunak along with his goons proceed to find Shlok.On the streets, Raj tells Sumeet that they will find Shlok but they do not find him, Shlok hides in a hut.Later, Raunak kidnaps Shlok while from the other side, Sumeet, Raj and Poonam see Shlok in Raunak’s car.
