Meet 13th September 2023 episode starts with Akki thinking that if he breaks the watch and gets a hammer to break it then the bomb will not explode.However, he is stopped by Sumeet who runs down the stairs while Akki hides the watch under the sleeve and runs away once again.Before Sumeet goes after Akki, Pankhuri stops him and tells the family that she has good news.She announces that she has found a boy for Priyanka and shows the boy’s profile.
Sumeet and Shlok look at the profile while Pankhuri boasts about how kind and rich the man is.Shlok shouts that this marriage can’t happen as the man is twice Priyanka’s age and has a child too.Pankhuri tries to justify her act and says at least the man is a widower with money and says she doesn’t want Priyanka to give in to her wishes like she had to do.He says that Priyanka is also not beautiful and she should accept that because she will not have to wash people’s feet.Sumeet takes Priyanka’s side saying that all work is respectable while Pankhuri insults her saying that choosing which car to drive does not mean that she has seen the struggles of life.
Pankhuri tries to convince Priyanka for marriage while Raj comes there and refuses.He says that he doesn’t see any problem with Priyanka in her professional life and any boy would be lucky to have her in his life.Raj goes to the elders and says that since they do not have parents, he himself wants to ask if they would like to marry Priyanka.Sumeet is surprised to know that his brother likes Priyanka and he apologizes to her, also he apologizes for not informing her.Pankhuri walks away disappointed while Dadi asks Priyanka if she agrees to this relationship.
Priyanka recalls her moments with Raj and agrees while Sumeet jumps to hug his brother.The family agrees to get engaged on the same day as the entire family is together and getting ready.Before the pair can put the rings on each other, Pankhuri stops them and says that Raj’s family should also be there.However, Raj says that they are only exchanging the rings because he will be hosting a grand party.The couple puts rings on each other while Pankhuri notices Phool’s ring and feels jealous.
Akki is constantly hesitant and stays away from the family, even though everyone calls him to join the celebrations.Sumeet and Shlok notice Akki’s strange behavior and try to talk to her but Akki runs away from there.Before Shlok goes after him, the family calls him back to sing a song on the happy occasion and the family is dancing to his tune.Meanwhile, Akki takes his backpack and tries to run away but Sumeet runs behind him and stops him.She asks him if this is something that Shagun has done to her or told her, while Akki tearfully pleads with her to let him go.
Akki recalls that Shagun told her that there is a bomb in the watch which will explode if she tells anyone about it.Sumeet continues to ask Akki who hides his wrist and attracts attention.She looks at the watch while Akki runs away from her and tells her that there is a bomb in it.Just then Shagun also calls them and tells them that they have only 15 minutes till the bomb explodes.Sumeet convinces Raj to stay back and take care of the family while he and Shlok leave.As soon as Sumeet closed the door from outside, her mangalsutra broke which made her worried.
