Today’s Radha Mohan 16th September 2023 episode starts with Mohan asking the police officer to arrest Damini and Kaveri.Both of them see the handcuffs and Damini stops them and asks them for what crime they are arresting her.The officer tells him that it is for encroachment while Damini asks him to wait for a minute as she will tell who is the real encroacher here.She asks someone to come inside and Damini’s lawyer Devika comes there once again with some documents in her hand.
Devika tells the police officer that he cannot arrest Damini.Meanwhile, Mohan argues that Damini broke into their house but Devika tells him that the house was his earlier but now it is Damini’s.She tells the police officer that everything from Trivedi Mansion, Trivedi Publications and everything belonging to Trivedi belongs to Damini.The family is shocked after Devika gives the documents to the police officer.However, Mohan snatches the document and is shocked to see his and Kadambari’s signatures.
Kadambari takes the papers and looks at them shocked, while Damini makes fun of them by saying that she has worked with them for a long time, during which they have signed many such documents.Mohan tells the officer that Damini is confessing to him while Damini argues that he cannot prove it as she has signed them with her full will and consciousness.She reminds them how she took them to the registrar’s office, while Kadambari says it was to transfer everything in Gungun’s name.
