Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 24th September 2023 episode starts with Akshara pushing Prashant away and sending Abhir inside the room and guarding him outside.Prashant points a gun at her and asks her to open the door while Akshara shouts at him saying that she will never open the door.Just then Abhimanyu enters the hospital and Rohan takes him to Akshara and tells her to hurry up as Prashant has held Akshara at gunpoint.
Meanwhile, Akshara tells Prashant to shoot him if he wants revenge but Prashant tells her that he wants to kill Abhir because Abhimanyu loves him the most.

Meanwhile, Akshara thinks about Abhir’s safety and decides to lie to Prashant.Just then Abhimanyu reaches there and hears Akshara saying to Prashant that Abhimanyu loves her the most because she is his wife so he can kill her to avenge his son.Without wasting much time, Abhimanyu goes to Akshara and asks Prashant to stay calm and not hurt his family.Prashant accused him of being irresponsible and said that his son was facing problems because of his hospital.

Abhimanyu tells her that he understands her feelings as a father and will do everything possible to help his son but she should also put down the gun and not harm anyone.Abhimanyu tells him that it is a father’s role to protect a child and he also becomes his role model but if he behaves like this then he will not be able to see eye to eye with his son.Abhimanyu’s words have an impact on Prashant and he is about to give in when the police arrive, making him angry again.

The police tries to take the gun from Prashant while Abhimanyu covers Akshara with his body to protect her from any unwanted accident.Just then a bullet is fired and Abhimanyu and Akshara’s eyes widen with fear.It was fortunate that the bullet hit only the photo frame and not Abhimanyu and Prashant also became calm after hearing the sound of the bullet.Later, Abhimanyu, Abhir and Akshara hug each other with relief and come out to meet the family.Just then the police comes out with Prashant.

Abhimanyu tells the Inspector to let Prashant go as he has already been punished and they will not press any charges against him.Kairav reminds Abhimanyu that Prashant tried to kill Abhir while Abhimanyu tells him that he was only acting in anger because of his son and he needs advice after his punishment.He also asks the Inspector to admit Prashant to his psychiatric department so that he can get treatment.

The Inspector shames Prashant for risking the lives of many people instead of coming to him if something bad happened to him.After some time, Abhimanyu comes out of the operation theater and tells Prashant that his son is out of danger and he will be able to see him soon.Prashant bows before Abhimanyu and apologizes to him for creating a ruckus even though he was God to him.After Prashant leaves, Mahima asks Abhimanyu how he managed to get the child to respond, while Abhimanyu tells her that it was all Parth’s doing.

At home, Abhimanyu shames Parth for risking many lives by allowing expired cylinders in the hospital.
Parth denies the allegations while Abhimanyu tells him that the only reason he changed the old vendor was because he was loyal while the new vendor was giving him his share.Embarrassed for backstabbing his own hospital, Parth tells him that the hospital is not his and he has no way of earning money and he has to beg them for it.Anand slaps Parth for risking his life in his greed while Aarohi tells the family that Parth has committed a crime and a report should be filed against him.

Parth gets angry and tells them that if they had given him his share then this would not have happened.Manjari tells Anand to give him his share as money is more important to him than family.Abhimanyu tells Parth to consider his share of commission and walks out.Parth gets angry at Abhimanyu for this insult and tells him that he is not the boss of the house.

Just then Mahima comes there and tells Parth that she has stopped hiding his mistakes and today she and Manjari are throwing him out of the hospital and home.On the other hand, Akshara is thinking about the incident in the hospital when Abhir comes to her that he was scared of losing her like Abhinav but Abhimanyu saved them.
