Today Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 12th September 2023 episode starts with the parents telling Jyoti that the doctor is very good and she will get well soon.Aarohi asks Akshara about Abhimanyu who tells her that the surgery is complicated and it would have been better if Abhimanyu was present.Akshara understands this but is helpless and wishes them all the best.Meanwhile, Jyoti’s parents tell Akshara that Jyoti is their only daughter and Abhimanyu’s absence is scaring them.
Akshara asks them not to worry and prays to God to help Abhimanyu come out of his guilt.Just then Abhimanyu comes there in disguise and apologizes to his parents for forgetting his duty for some time.Later, Akshara sees Abhimanyu’s nameplate and is saddened for overreacting.On the other hand, Kairav drags Muskaan to the cafe and shows her that her boyfriend is proposing to Pallavi.Muskaan becomes happy to see that Kairav tells her that he hopes she is at peace now and that he is not a part of Pallavi’s life.
He reminds Muskaan about their Haldi ceremony incident when the guy sent her his video and she never asked him a single question because she trusted him but despite many convincings she kept doubting him.Seeing Muskaan embarrassed, Kairav asks her how she expects him to be the only one to bear the burden of the marriage.On the other hand, Abhimanyu tells the parents that the surgery went very well but it will take some time to recover.
