Vanraj tells Anupama that if a man loses his wife and job, he is criticized, but if his wife has an affair with someone else, that man will become the center of jokes. He says the air he breathes becomes poisonous, a husband has to hide his and his wife’s infidelity, so Anupama should not reveal this secret to anyone. Anupama nods yes and says that before taking any decision, he should also remember Kavya’s love. Vanraj leaves. Vanraj goes back home and thinks no one should know about Kavya’s infidelity, he will bear it as punishment but will never forgive her. Anupama feels weak and drowsy and controls herself. Then she gets tensed seeing Anuj coming towards her. Anuj asks if Vanraj came at this time, is everyone fine at Shah’s house. Anupama says everyone is fine, Mr. Shah wants to talk to her, but she cannot discuss this with him. Anuj says it is fine as some issues in parents house cannot be discussed in in-laws house, if Shah needs help then she need not worry and trust him. Anupama asks why is he so nice. Anuj says because of his company. He picks her up and says it’s time to serve his wife #SEMANCE and romance with her.
Vanraj reaches home. Kavya tries to talk to him while waiting for him. Vanraj ignores her. She holds his hand and says we need to talk. Vanraj warns her to leave his hand, there is nothing to talk about now and even if she wants to talk, she should end it quickly. Kavya apologizes to him. Vanraj asks will she celebrate her grief like she celebrated the arrival of someone else’s child; He truly loved her, but she betrayed him in return.
Kavya says she didn’t cheat him and listen to him with a calm mind. Vanraj says nothing will change, the fact is that he hid the truth from her and if she had not overheard it, she would have continued; He is facing the punishment for his sins of cheating on his wife. Kavya says that she really loves him. Vanraj asks then what did she do with Anirudh. Kavya says that she got greedy with the love showered on her and her child. Anupama sings lullaby for him. Anuj saw this and left. Anupama gets a flashback of MD’s challenge and imagines going to Shah’s house to call her children. Toshu and Samar walk to her. She asks about Sweety and says she came here in the morning. They find Sweety and more’s phone switched off. Anuj says there is a bad news, Pakhi is no more. Anupama wakes up crying sweety. Anuj consoles her and says it is just a bad dream which she should forget. Next morning, Anupama performs Tulsi Puja. Pakhi joins him. Anupama asks if he is fine. Pakhi says yes and asks why is she asking him again and again. Anupama says she is worried as a mother and prays to God to always protect her children.
Kavya packs her bag and tries to leave. Vanraj says he doesn’t need to go as his family is happy with her pregnancy and he doesn’t want to spoil their happiness. Kavya thanks him and says she will tell the truth to the family soon. Vanraj says she doesn’t need to do this at this point of time and shouldn’t expect anything from him.
He walks out crying. Leela notices him and asks if Kavya and the baby are fine. Vanraj nods in yes. Leela asks her mother not to hide. Vanraj says that he is afraid that their happiness will go away as he had a bad dream. Leela says she will slap her nightmare and shows the sight of Kavya and baby. CA goes to Anupama. Anupama caresses him and asks what happened. CA says she went to say good morning to Barkha and Romil and they both scold her and run away. Anupama says that she should not go to anyone else’s room except her parents early in the morning.
Precap: MD tries to befriend CA. Anupama apologizes to him for his misbehavior and warns him not to dare to provoke a mother.

वनराज अनुपमा से कहता है कि अगर एक आदमी की पत्नी और नौकरी चली जाती है तो उसकी आलोचना की जाती है, लेकिन अगर उसकी पत्नी का किसी और के साथ अफेयर है, तो वह आदमी मजाक का केंद्र बन जाएगा। वह कहता है कि वह जिस हवा में सांस लेता है वह जहरीली हो जाती है, एक पति को अपनी और अपनी पत्नी की बेवफाई छुपानी पड़ती है, इसलिए अनुपमा को यह रहस्य किसी को नहीं बताना चाहिए। अनुपमा हाँ में सिर हिलाती है और कहती है कि कोई भी निर्णय लेने से पहले उसे काव्या के प्यार को भी याद रखना चाहिए। वनराज चला जाता है। वनराज घर वापस चला जाता है और सोचता है कि काव्या की बेवफाई के बारे में किसी को पता नहीं चलना चाहिए, वह इसे सजा के रूप में सहन करेगा लेकिन उसे कभी माफ नहीं करेगा।
अनुपमा कमजोर और उनींदा महसूस करती है और खुद को नियंत्रित करती है। फिर वह अनुज को अपनी ओर आते देखकर तनावग्रस्त हो जाती है। अनुज पूछता है कि क्या वनराज इस समय आया था, क्या शाह के घर पर सभी लोग ठीक हैं। अनुपमा कहती है कि हर कोई ठीक है, मिस्टर शाह उससे बात करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन वह उनसे इस बारे में चर्चा नहीं कर सकती। अनुज का कहना है कि यह ठीक है क्योंकि माता-पिता के घर के कुछ मुद्दों पर ससुराल में चर्चा नहीं की जा सकती है, अगर शाह को मदद की ज़रूरत है तो उसे चिंता करने और उस पर भरोसा करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है। अनुपमा पूछती है कि वह इतना अच्छा क्यों है। अनुज कहता है उसके साहचर्य के कारण। वह उसे उठाता है और कहता है कि यह उसकी पत्नी #SEMANCE की सेवा करने और उसके साथ रोमांस करने का समय है।
वनराज घर पहुंचता है। काव्या उसका इंतजार करते हुए उससे बात करने की कोशिश करती है। वनराज उसकी उपेक्षा करता है। वह उसका हाथ पकड़ती है और कहती है कि हमें बात करने की ज़रूरत है। वनराज उसे चेतावनी देता है कि वह उसका हाथ छोड़ दे, अभी बात करने के लिए कुछ नहीं है और फिर भी अगर वह बात करना चाहती है, तो उसे जल्दी से बात खत्म करनी चाहिए। काव्या उससे माफी मांगती है। वनराज पूछता है कि क्या वह उसके दुःख का जश्न मनाएगा जैसे उसने किसी और के बच्चे के आने का जश्न मनाया था;
वह उससे सच्चा प्यार करता था, लेकिन बदले में उसने उसे धोखा दिया। काव्या कहती है कि उसने उसे धोखा नहीं दिया और शांत दिमाग से उसकी बात सुनो। वनराज कहता है कि कुछ भी नहीं बदलेगा, सच तो यह है कि उसने उससे सच छिपाया और अगर उसने इसे अनसुना नहीं किया होता तो वह जारी रखती; वह अपनी पत्नी को धोखा देने के अपने पापों की सजा भुगत रहा है। काव्या कहती है कि वह उससे सच्चा प्यार करती है। वनराज पूछता है कि फिर उसने अनिरुद्ध के साथ क्या किया। काव्या का कहना है कि वह उस पर और उसके बच्चे पर बरसाए गए प्यार से लालची हो गई थी। वनराज चिल्लाता है कि उसे अपने बच्चे के रूप में पाप मत कहो। काव्या कहती है कि उसने अनुपमा के साथ अपना अपराध साझा किया। वनराज कहता है कि अनुपमा का दिल बहुत बड़ा है, फिर भी उसने उसे माफ नहीं किया और तलाक दे दिया, अब वह उसे और उसके बच्चे को कभी स्वीकार नहीं करेगा।
अनुपमा को वनराज की बातें याद आती हैं। पाखी उसके पास जाती है और उसे गले लगाकर सो जाती है। अनुपमा पूछती है कि क्या वह ठीक है। पाखी कहती है कि सब कुछ ठीक है, वह सिर्फ हाल की घटनाओं के कारण डरी हुई है। अनुपमा उसके लिए लोरी गाती है। अनुज ने यह देखा और चला गया। अनुपमा को एमडी की चुनौती का फ्लैशबैक मिलता है और वह अपने बच्चों को बुलाने के लिए शाह के घर जाने की कल्पना करती है। तोशु और समर उसके पास चलते हैं। वह स्वीटी के बारे में पूछती है और कहती है कि वह सुबह यहां आई थी। उन्हें स्वीटी और अधिक का फोन बंद मिला। अनुज कहता है कि एक बुरी खबर है, पाखी नहीं रही। अनुपमा स्वीटी चिल्लाते हुए उठती है. अनुज उसे सांत्वना देता है और कहता है कि यह सिर्फ एक बुरा सपना है जिसे उसे भूल जाना चाहिए। अगली सुबह, अनुपमा तुलसी पूजा करती है। पाखी उससे जुड़ती है। अनुपमा पूछती है कि क्या वह ठीक है। पाखी हाँ कहती है और पूछती है कि वह उससे बार-बार क्यों पूछ रही है। अनुपमा कहती है कि वह एक माँ के रूप में चिंतित है और भगवान से प्रार्थना करती है कि वह हमेशा उसके बच्चों की रक्षा करे।
काव्या ने अपना बैग पैक किया और जाने की कोशिश की। वनराज कहता है कि उसे जाने की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि उसका परिवार उसकी गर्भावस्था से खुश है और वह उनकी खुशी खराब नहीं करना चाहता। काव्या उसे धन्यवाद देती है और कहती है कि वह जल्द ही परिवार को सच्चाई बताएगा। वनराज कहता है कि उसे इस समय ऐसा करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है और उसे उससे कुछ भी उम्मीद नहीं करनी चाहिए। वह रोते हुए बाहर चला जाता है। लीला ने उसे नोटिस किया और पूछा कि क्या काव्या और बच्चा ठीक हैं। वनराज ने हाँ में सिर हिलाया। लीला अपनी माँ से न छुपने के लिए कहती है। वनराज कहता है कि उसे डर है कि उनकी खुशी चली जाएगी क्योंकि उसने एक बुरा सपना देखा था। लीला कहती है कि वह उसके बुरे सपने को थप्पड़ मारेगी और काव्या और बच्चे की नज़र दिखाएगी। सीए अनुपमा के पास जाता है। अनुपमा उसे दुलारती है और पूछती है कि क्या हुआ। सीए का कहना है कि वह बरखा और रोमिल को गुड मॉर्निंग कहने गई थी और उन दोनों ने उसे डांटकर भगा दिया। अनुपमा कहती है कि उसे सुबह-सुबह अपने माता-पिता के अलावा किसी और के कमरे में नहीं जाना चाहिए।
अगले भाग में: एमडी ने सीए से दोस्ती करने की कोशिश की। अनुपमा उससे अपने दुर्व्यवहार के लिए माफी मांगती है और उसे एक मां को भड़काने की हिम्मत न करने की चेतावनी देती है।
