Episode starts with Akshu and Abhi sleeping on the floor. He thinks about her. She gets Abhir’s call and talks to him. He says I am not worried about you. She asks why. दादी ने सुवर्णा को आशीर्वाद दिया। वह कहती है कि तुम पूरी रात सोये नहीं। सुवर्णा कहती है कि मैं अक्षु, कायरव और मुस्कान के लिए चिंतित हूं। मनीष कहते हैं, मैं अग्रवाल से मिलने जा रहा हूं। वह दरवाजा खोलता है और अक्षु को देखता है। सुवर्णा अक्षु को अंदर आने के लिए कहती है। अक्षु कहता है कि मैं ठीक हूं। सुवर्णा कहती है कि वह ठीक नहीं है। अक्षु अभि की बातों के बारे में सोचता है। मुस्कान खाना खाने आती है। वह सभी का स्वागत करती है. सुरेखा उसे बैठने के लिए कहती है। मुस्कान कहती है तुम सुबह जल्दी आ गए, मैं सोच रही थी… सुवर्णा पूछती है क्या, तुम पूरे दिन सबके बारे में सोचने में व्यस्त हो, रहने दो। अक्षु पूछता है कि कायरव कहाँ है। मुस्कान कहती है पता नहीं. सुरेखा मुस्कान को रोकती है।
आरोही अक्षु को फोन करती है और पूछती है कि क्या तुमने अभि से बात की, उसने तुम्हें कोई खबर नहीं दी, बिल्डर का वकील बिड़ला अस्पताल आ रहा है, जल्दी आओ। आभीर पूछता है कि क्या मैं साथ चलूंगा, मुझे डॉक्टर से मिलना है। अक्षु कहता है नहीं, मैं नहीं जा रहा हूं, मैं वीडियो कॉल पर बैठक में शामिल हो सकता हूं। अभिर कहता है कृपया आओ। अक्षु चिल्लाता है मैं नहीं जाऊंगा। हर कोई देखता है.
