Episode starts with Aradhana and Radhana applying cake on each other’s faces and laughing. Beena comes. They fight and ask Beena for help. Beena scolds them. She says I will make another cake. Aradhana says I will take it for Khanna. Vikram calls him and asks did you wish Aradhana all the best. Reyansh says I asked Sunaina to make arrangements. Vikram says I hope she likes it, come to office, Viren is angry, he doesn’t agree with the story. Reyansh says this is my story, call your wife, I have some work. Pooja calls Aradhana and wishes her all the best.
Aradhana says we used to celebrate the entire birthday week, you remember. She becomes sad thinking about her parents. Pooja says take care. Aradhana says you too. She ends the call. Performs devotional aarti. She says we had made Aradhana a stranger. Pooja gets the cake and says cut the cake, it is Aradhana’s birthday. Bhakti cuts the cake. Pooja makes a video and says I will show her this video. Bhakti desires worship. There is also a desire for awakening. Aradhana sees this on video call and cries. एपिसोड की शुरुआत आराधना और राधना द्वारा एक-दूसरे के चेहरे पर केक लगाने और हंसने से होती है। बीना आती है. वे लड़ते हैं और बीना से मदद मांगते हैं। बीना उन्हें डांटती है। वह कहती है मैं एक और केक बनाऊंगी। आराधना कहती है कि मैं इसे खन्ना के लिए ले जाऊंगी। विक्रम उसे फोन करता है और पूछता है कि क्या तुमने आराधना को शुभकामनाएं दीं। रेयांश का कहना है कि मैंने सुनैना से व्यवस्था करने के लिए कहा। विक्रम कहता है मुझे आशा है कि उसे यह पसंद आएगी, कार्यालय आओ, वीरेन गुस्से में है, वह कहानी से सहमत नहीं है। रेयांश कहता है यह मेरी कहानी है, अपनी पत्नी को बुलाओ, मुझे कुछ काम है। पूजा आराधना को फोन करती है और उसे शुभकामनाएं देती है।

आराधना वीडियो कॉल पर यह देखती है और रोती है। मालिनी अपनी बेटियों को अपने साथ आने के लिए कहती है। उन्होंने मना कर दिया. आराधना घर आती है। वह कहती है कि विक्रम ने यह केक किमाया के लिए भेजा है। कृति और कोमल बहस करते हैं। मालिनी उन्हें अपने साथ अनाथालय आने के लिए कहती है। आराधना पूछती है कि क्या आप हर साल इस दिन वहां जाते हैं। मालिनी कहती है हाँ, मैंने इस दिन कुछ खोया था। वह अपने बच्चे को याद करती है। वह बच्चे को भक्ति को देती है और उससे कभी पीछे मुड़कर न देखने के लिए कहती है।
