Episode starts with Vishakha calling Akshay to her room and saying that she wants to pat him on the back for doing the wise thing by bringing Khushi home. She says she was stressed because of Ranbir, because he was doing anything, whatever he does daily and says since everyone knows that Prachi was his wife, he does anything.
She says now he will forget Prachi and love Khushi more, and says that’s why I am proud of you. Akshay says you are right, I did not bring Khushi from the hostel to divert Ranbir’s attention, but to remove Ranbir’s bad reflection from his life and home forever. Vishakha says nothing will happen to Ranbir as your sister loves him a lot.
Akshay asks her to relax and says nothing will happen to her, but the family will have problems for a few days, then everything will be fine. He says things will be messy for some days, and then Ranbir and Mihika will get married and Prachi and I will live as husband and wife and Khushi will be our daughter. Vishakha asks what are you going to do? Akshay says Prachi and Ranbir separated because Ranbir felt Khushi died because of him.

Ranbir says Khushi is eating food. Mihika welcomes him and says you did not meet me. Khushi says I will come to you. Mihika tells him that she is going to marry her father. Prachi accuses him of trying to snatch her daughter from her again. Ranbir again asks what do you mean. Prachi says I lost him because of you, when I found him you came to adopt him, when I wanted to adopt him and then because of Akshay I got him. Ranbir says I will not do anything to separate you from him and says I know you are his mother.
Prachi says thank God, Akshay is with me. Ranbir says I will talk to you when you calm down. he goes Vishakha listens to them and says I can understand being a mother, and asks her to be careful and keep an eye everywhere. She says I have kept my children safe and my experience can say that Ranbir will try to snatch happiness from you, but I don’t want a daughter to get separated from her mother. She instigates him against Ranbir and leaves.
Manpreet asks Mihika to give peacock feather to Khushi and says she will be happy. She asks him to have a good relationship with Khushi wholeheartedly. She goes. Vishakha tells Manpreet that Khushi will help you get closer to Ranbir, and says parents like people who love their children. Mihika says I already love Khushi. Vishakha asks him to pretend to love her more.
Ranbir is thinking about Prachi. Prachi comes there and says she doesn’t want to talk. Ranbir says we will sit, talk and clear our misunderstandings before more misunderstandings arise. He says your happiness means a lot to me and nothing is bigger than your happiness for me. Prachi asks him not to talk about her happiness, and says you have hurt me so much, which you have no idea and I felt hurt because I trusted you and thought that my Ranbir is not hurting me.
I could have hurt you, but you hurt me. Ranbir says all this is lie and says what is going on in your mind. He asks her to put her hand on her heart and says that he just wants her and her happiness, and a happy family with them. Prachi says you are wrong as I am not your wife anymore. Ranbir says you are my family, we are a family and says Akshay and others are just for show and you know it. He asks her to use her mind and understand things and says I will not explain you more. Akshay listens to him and smiles. Prachi asks Akshay if you told Ranbir that our marriage is fake. Akshay says I never think like this, for me you are my wife and I am your husband.
He says I came to talk to you, but you are in a bad mood. He says Khushi told me that Ranbir wants to take me for a walk in the park, but I think it is not a good idea because the weather is bad. He says I can’t refuse as I want to be in her good books, and says Ranbir happily asks not to tell anyone, and says she won’t tell you. He asks her to see what she can do. He lies and smiles to instigate her against Ranbir.
Prachi runs after Khushi and asks her to drink orange juice. Khushi says no and says you fed me paneer paratha 5 minutes ago. Prachi says you had it 30 minutes ago. Mihika comes there. Prachi sits looking at Khushi. Ranbir sits near her and asks why are you so sad. Prachi says why will I be bad. Ranbir says I understand your sorrow. Prachi says ever since she was born, she is a part of me and I forget all my worries. She says that she couldn’t get a chance to express her love, so she tries to be with him. She says that she wants Khushi to stay with her like this.
Ranbir says you are jealous. Prachi says no. Ranbir says Khushi’s love for you will never end, but will grow more. She says Khushi’s love will never change for you. Prachi says if you understand my love for him then don’t separate me from him.
Ranbir says why will I separate her from you, you are her mother. Prachi thinks about Akshay and Vishakha’s provocative words. She asks him to promise. Ranbir says if I want to take Khushi then I will take her in front of her and then you can stop her. He gets up and leaves. They start the aarti. Everyone is standing for Aarti. Akshay thinks of using Khushi to separate them and says that Ranbir cannot enter Prachi’s life again. He calls the goon and asks him to come inside and meet Ranbir. Vishakha asks Akshay to do puja with Prachi. Prachi looks at Ranbir.

एपिसोड की शुरुआत विशाखा द्वारा अक्षय को अपने कमरे में बुलाने से होती है और कहती है कि वह ख़ुशी को घर लाकर बुद्धिमानी का काम करने के लिए उसकी पीठ थपथपाना चाहती है। वह कहती है कि वह रणबीर के कारण तनाव में थी, क्योंकि वह कुछ भी कर रहा था, जो भी वह रोजाना करता है और कहती है कि चूंकि हर कोई जानता है कि प्राची उसकी पत्नी थी, इसलिए वह कुछ भी करता है। वह कहती है कि अब वह प्राची को भूल जाएगा और ख़ुशी को और अधिक प्यार करेगा, और कहती है कि इसीलिए मुझे तुम पर गर्व है।

प्राची ख़ुशी के पास आती है और उससे छोले बटुरा खाने के लिए कहती है। खुशी का कहना है कि मॉडल ने खूबसूरत ड्रेस पहनी हुई है। प्राची पूछती है कि उसे फैशन पत्रिका किसने दी। रणबीर कहता है कि उसे और कौन देगा। प्राची पूछती है कि उसने उसे क्यों दिया और कहती है कि तुम्हारे पास उसकी फैशन पत्रिका है। रणबीर का कहना है कि अब से उनका फैशन सेंस अच्छा रहेगा। प्राची कहती है कि आपसे बात करना बेकार है और उसे कुछ भी करने से पहले सोचने के लिए कहती है। वह खुशी से कहती है कि वे पहले खाना खाएंगे। खुशी पूछती है कि क्या पापा भी खाना खाएंगे। रणबीर कहते हैं कि मेरी बेटी मेरी बहुत परवाह करती है।
प्राची कहती है कि हम उसे भूखा नहीं रखेंगे और उसे खाना देंगे। वह उससे कहती है कि पहले खाना खा लो और फिर हम खाएंगे। ख़ुशी उससे उसे मम्मा से बचाने के लिए कहती है। रणबीर ख़ुशी को अपनी पीठ पर बैठाकर दौड़ते हैं। प्राची ख़ुशी से खाना खाने के लिए कहती है। मिहिका उन्हें देखती है, क्योंकि वे परिवार के साथ समय का आनंद लेते हैं। ख़ुशी और रणबीर एक साथ अच्छा समय बिताते हैं। प्राची कहती है कि वह गुस्से में है और जा रही है। रणबीर कहता है प्राची…कृपया…गुस्सा मत हो। ख़ुशी कहती है आई लव यू मम्मा। रणबीर कहता है प्राची मैं भी तुमसे प्यार करता हूँ… और फिर सॉरी कहता है। मिहिका परेशान हो जाती है।
अक्षय गुंडे से मिलता है और कहता है कि अगर कोई काम नहीं होता तो मैं तुम्हें यहां नहीं बुलाता। वह गुंडे से उसका अपहरण करने के लिए कहता है, और उसे उसकी तस्वीर देता है। वह उसे कृष्ण के जन्म के दौरान आने और उसका अपहरण करने के लिए कहता है। रणबीर प्राची से ख़ुशी को खाना खिलाने के लिए कहता है। ख़ुशी पूछती है कि क्या मुझे वाकई इसकी ज़रूरत है। रणबीर ख़ुशी से अपनी माँ की बात मानने के लिए कहता है और कहता है कि एक माँ अपने बच्चे के बारे में हमेशा अच्छा सोचती है।
मिहिका अंदर आती है और कहती है कि यहां क्या हो रहा है? रणबीर कहते हैं कि ख़ुशी खाना खा रही है। मिहिका उसका स्वागत करती है और कहती है कि तुम मुझसे नहीं मिले। खुशी कहती है मैं तुम्हारे पास आऊंगी। मिहिका उसे बताती है कि वह अपने पापा से शादी करने जा रही है। खुशी कहती हैं मतलब दो मम्मी। मिहिका कहती है दोहरा प्यार। रणबीर कहते हैं ट्रिपल लव, अगर मैं कर सकता तो मैं तुमसे बहुत प्यार करता, लेकिन तुम्हारी मम्मी मुझे तुमसे रोज मिलने नहीं देतीं। प्राची उदास हो जाती है। रणबीर मिहिका से कहता है कि वह अच्छी मां बनेगी। प्राची रणबीर से परेशान हो जाती है और वहां से चली जाती है।
रणबीर उसके पीछे आता है और पूछता है कि तुम ऐसा व्यवहार क्यों कर रहे हो। प्राची पूछती है क्या तुम्हें नहीं पता? वह कहती है मैं तुम्हें अच्छी तरह जानती हूं। रणबीर कहते हैं कि अगर आप मुझे अच्छी तरह से जानते तो हम कभी नहीं लड़ते। प्राची उस पर उसकी बेटी को फिर से उससे छीनने की कोशिश करने का आरोप लगाती है। रणबीर फिर पूछते हैं कि आपका क्या मतलब है। प्राची कहती है कि मैंने उसे तुम्हारे कारण खो दिया, जब मैंने उसे पाया तो तुम उसे अपनाने आए, जब मैं उसे अपनाना चाहती थी और फिर अक्षय की बदौलत मैं उसे पा सकी। रणबीर कहता है कि मैं तुम्हें उससे अलग करने के लिए कुछ नहीं करूंगा और कहता हूं कि मैं जानता हूं कि तुम उसकी मां हो। प्राची कहती है, भगवान का शुक्र है, अक्षय मेरे साथ है।

प्राची ख़ुशी को देखती हुई बैठ जाती है। रणबीर उसके पास बैठता है और पूछता है कि तुम इतनी उदास क्यों हो। प्राची कहती है कि मैं बुरा क्यों बनूंगी। रणबीर कहते हैं कि मैं आपका दुख समझता हूं। प्राची कहती है कि जब से वह पैदा हुई है, वह मेरा हिस्सा है और मैं अपनी सारी चिंताएं भूल जाती हूं। वह कहती है कि उसे अपने प्यार का इजहार करने का मौका नहीं मिल सका, इसलिए वह उसके साथ रहने की कोशिश करती है। वह कहती है कि वह चाहती है कि खुशी उसके साथ इसी तरह रहे।
रणबीर कहते हैं कि आप ईर्ष्यालु हैं। प्राची कहती है नहीं। रणबीर कहता है कि खुशी का प्यार तुम्हारे लिए कभी खत्म नहीं होगा, बल्कि और बढ़ेगा। वह कहती है कि ख़ुशी का प्यार तुम्हारे लिए कभी नहीं बदलेगा। प्राची कहती है कि अगर तुम उसके प्रति मेरे प्यार को समझते हो तो मुझे उससे अलग मत करो। रणबीर कहता है कि मैं उसे तुमसे अलग क्यों करूंगा, तुम उसकी मां हो। प्राची अक्षय और विशाखा के उत्तेजक शब्दों के बारे में सोचती है। वह उससे वादा करने के लिए कहती है।
रणबीर कहता है कि अगर मैं ख़ुशी को ले जाना चाहता हूँ तो मैं उसे उसके सामने से ले जाऊँगा और फिर आप उसे रोक सकते हैं। वह उठकर चला जाता है. वे आरती शुरू करते हैं. सभी लोग आरती के लिए खड़े हैं. अक्षय ख़ुशी का उपयोग करके उन्हें अलग करने के बारे में सोचता है और कहता है कि रणबीर दोबारा प्राची के जीवन में प्रवेश नहीं कर सकता। वह गुंडे को बुलाता है और उसे अंदर आकर रणबीर से मिलने के लिए कहता है। विशाखा अक्षय को प्राची के साथ पूजा करने के लिए कहती है। प्राची रणबीर की ओर देखती है।
आज का कुमकुम भाग्य 19 सितंबर 2023 एपिसोड अक्षय के चुपचाप कहने से शुरू होता है कि प्राची को रणबीर के खिलाफ भड़काने के बाद वह उसके साथ सभी संपर्क हटा देगी।
वह आगे कहता है कि प्राची उसका कहना है कि अगर उसे खुशी की जिंदगी भी दांव पर लगानी पड़े तो वह खुशी-खुशी और निःसंदेह ऐसा करेगा।
तेजी से आगे बढ़ती प्राची को देखकर वह उसे खतरनाक दृष्टि से देखता है और कहता है कि अब किसी भी परिस्थिति में उनके बीच कोई बाधा नहीं होगी।
इसी बीच प्राची रणबीर के कमरे में प्रवेश करती है और ख़ुशी को उसकी गोद में बैठा देखकर डर जाती है।
प्राची के कान में अक्षय के शब्द गूंजते हैं और वह उसमें खो जाती है, इसी दौरान खुशी, प्राची को देखकर उसे भी इसमें शामिल होने के लिए कहती है।
हालाँकि, प्राची अपनी चौड़ी आँखों से अंतरिक्ष की ओर देखती है जिससे रणबीर आगे आता है और उससे पूछता है कि क्या वह ठीक है।
इस दौरान, रणबीर प्राची पर अपना हाथ रखता है जिससे प्राची तुरंत होश में आ जाती है और उससे दूर हो जाती है।
