Today’s Kumkum Bhagya 29th September 2023 episode starts with Prachi asking Rana to tell him where Khushi is.However, Rana tries to run away but Ranbir stops him and throws him aside, rendering him unconscious.Akshay starts his drama by saying that he should take Rana to the hospital.Ranbir asks him to stop his drama while Akshay calls him insensitive for not caring about anyone’s life.
Akshay tells him that he is accusing him of being a villain while Ranbir tells the family that he will bring out Akshay’s truth.He talks about how Akshay has committed a crime and not a mistake but Akshay stops him and starts provoking him to fight.He asks Ranbir to come out and fight him as the fight is between them while Prachi stops him saying that the fight is not between them.She says that she is involved in this fight because her daughter has been kidnapped and tells Akshay that she will not trust anyone when it comes to her daughter.
Prachi comes to the table and sprinkles water on Rana and wakes him up as Akshay gets scared.Rana is about to reveal the truth but Akshay once again starts his drama and he catches Rana and whispers to him not to reveal the truth.Ranbir asks Akshay to stop his drama and asks Rana to reveal who ordered the kidnapping.Rana points towards Akshay but Ranbir is also in between them which leaves the family confused as to whom Rana is pointing towards.
Before they can question Rana clearly, he switches off the lights and runs away.Mihika goes and immediately switches on the light, just then Ranbir runs behind Rana and catches him.Rana runs away from his grip while Akshay fights Rana and hands him the knife.Rana moves towards Prachi with a knife and is about to stab her but Ranbir pushes him away and gets stabbed.The family is shocked while Rana runs away with Akshay.
Prachi runs to Ranbir and holds his head in her lap and cries and asks the family to call a doctor for him.Ashok calls the doctor while Mihika sees that Prachi still has feelings for Ranbir and starts hyperventilating.She runs to her room and starts throwing things while whispering to herself how can Prachi do such a thing, while Divya comes there and tries to calm her down.Mihika shouts that Ranbir is hers while Divya asks her to stop her drama.
Mihika argues that Prachi is making fun of her feelings and blames Akshay for not being able to win Prachi.Below his window, Akshay talks to Rana about what he has done while Rana says that he has to tell the truth as the police is after him now.Just then Mihika throws something out of the window and shouts that she will kill Prachi while Rana runs away due to the noise.On the other hand, Prachi sits near Ranbir and recalls all her moments.
She tells the nurse about Ranbir’s fever while she explains to him that the fever would be caused by the wound.Prachi doesn’t listen and goes to call the doctor.On the other hand, Akshay talks to Abhay against Ranbir while Abhay calms him down saying that he should care about Khushi while Akshay says that it is all just acting.Mihika sees Prachi taking care of Ranbir and gets angry, she sees the nurse calling Ranbir and Prachi a perfect married couple.
She enters and tells Prachi that she will do it but Prachi refuses saying that no one can know what Ranbir has done for her.Mihika angrily goes to her room while Prachi continues to take care of Ranbir.On the other hand, Akshay continues to worry that saving Prachi will make him inferior to Ranbir in his eyes, while Mihika obsessively says that she will get Prachi away from Ranbir.
