Today’s Kumkum Bhagya 5th September 2023 episode starts with Mihika waking up from her sleep as she is getting continuous calls from the same unknown number.She picks up the call and asks who it is, to which the man on the other end laughs.Mihika disconnects the call and blocks the number, hurt, while the man smiles saying that he has other numbers for Mihika to call.
Meanwhile, at the hotel, Akshay sees Prachi staggering and smiles thinking that she has been impressed, while Ranbir sees her and goes to see her.However, when they get closer, they realize that it is Aryan who is drunk and not Prachi who is dancing in the middle of the floor.Prachi tries to control Aryan by asking Ranbir to take him to his room.
Akshay gets angry thinking that Ranbir and Aryan have deliberately swapped drinks, while Ranbir gets angry after knowing what Aryan is trying to do.Coming back home, Mihika keeps getting a call from another number and she accepts the call asking if it is Mayank.The man smiles and introduces himself as Mayank and tells her that he is coming for her soon.Mihika disconnects the call out of fear and starts panicking while Mayank tells his friend that he is going to kidnap Mihika as he had already intended.
Meanwhile, at the hotel, Akshay returns to the room and talks to Prachi and gives her a packet of sweets, saying it is Prasad.She accepts it without any doubt while Akshay recalls how he mixed the powder in it to render Prachi unconscious.On the other hand, Ranbir gets angry at Aryan for acting childishly and asks him to pick him up and take him to his room as he is his brother.Reluctantly, Ranbir picks up Aryan and leaves him on the bed while Aryan argues that he has helped Ranbir get closer to Prachi.
However, Ranbir puts him to sleep and leaves the room thinking that Akshay will definitely try to do something.In the second honeymoon suite, Prachi starts feeling dizzy and apologizes to Akshay, while she collapses on Akshay.They both fall on the bed as she moves away from him and tells him not to touch her.He holds her hand and tells her that she is going to touch him and asks her to caress him, while Ranbir sees a Do Not Disturb tag outside their room.
He knocks on their door while Prachi moves her hand towards the door but is unable to get up.Coming back home, Mihika gets scared while Mayank calls her again and tells her that he is outside her house under her window and is going to take her back.She lies to him that Akshay and Ranbir are there while Mayank tells her that he knows both Akshay and Ranbir are outside his window.Mihika eventually succeeds in reaching Ranbir through a call and tells him about Mayank going crazy while he asks her to put the phone on speaker.
Ranbir lies on the speaker that police has reached Mayank’s house and the other team is going there right now to scare Mayank.Mayank falls down the stairs and runs away while Mihika thinks that Ranbir is her real life hero.Back at the hotel, Ranbir again starts thinking of a way to save Prachi and even tries to convince a servant to give him the spare key but fails.He hits his hand on the pillar and starts moving towards Prachi’s room once again.Inside the room, Akshay tries to stop Prachi from leaving as she wants to go home and starts counting all the favors he did for her and how much he loves her.
