Rajveer is sitting in his cell when he hears someone coming, Rajveer is shocked to see Kavya and asks what is she doing here but she starts crying, he requests her to calm down and not cry. Rajveer explains that this is not the right place for her and she should not have come here, Kavya says that this place is also not good for her, he requests her not to talk so politely with him. Palki gets jealous seeing both of them and thinks that Kavya can be Rajveer’s friend, she gets tensed even more when Rajveer wipes Kavya’s tears. She asks why he is crying, when Rajveer tells that seeing her crying brought tears to his eyes, Kavya remembers when Shaurya scolded her for crying and being emotional, Kavya says she told everyone to withdraw the case but no one listened to her, Rajveer notices how other criminals are looking at her so she requests him to leave this place, she says she is feeling bad how she is locked up. Rajveer assures that he has done nothing wrong, but being a brother he doesn’t like how others see him, Kavya agrees and eventually leaves.
Hearing the door bell Diljeet wonders who is disturbing her beauty sleep, she goes there angrily scolding the person and finally opens the door and is shocked to see Palki and Gurpreet. Diljeet asks where was Palki when her sister called her, Diljeet asks what happened to Gurpreet as she was not in her house with Mohit and even their tenants were not there. Mr. Khurana asks why Daljeet is shouting, Gurpreet tells him that she told Rajveer that Mr. Khurana knows some very good lawyers so he should help them, Daljeet warns him not to interfere in these matters and not involve himself in such matters, Palki however assures that Rajveer has not done any such thing so Mr. Khurana agrees to help Rajveer in any way but Daljeet warns him not to. Go otherwise she will keep troubling them. Mr. Khurana leaves with Palki and Gurpreet while Daljeet gets furious.
Rajveer is sitting when the police bring another criminal and push him into the lockup, he asks Rajveer his name and questions if he can’t have a big name, but he asks why he was locked up here, Rajveer says he was accused of stealing at Luthra’s, the criminal asks how much money he stole when Rajveer says he didn’t steal anything, the criminal says he has to say so, Rajveer gushes Se says that he has not stolen any money when the criminal agrees and then requests him to be his accomplice, but the criminal says that he has not stolen anything. Rajveer questions why he is talking like this and he should keep quiet, Constable Patel asks who is fighting and then sees Rajveer with the criminal so asks Rajveer to come out otherwise the criminal will start fighting with him.
Inspector says Rajveer should not fight with anyone here, Srishti runs to meet Rajveer and requests Inspector to let her meet her son just once as she is here in Mumbai, but Inspector refuses to allow her, she once again requests him to explain that he should not involve law between a mother and her son, but Inspector replies that Rajveer is not here for any picnic, rather he is arrested as he Srishti warns him not to call them criminals as they are respectable people and her son is not proven guilty, she threatens. Hire a lawyer and ensure that her son is released from jail. Mohit goes to Rajveer and explains to him that his mother is really courageous as she is arguing with the police, Rajveer requests Mohit to calm down and not say anything, Rajveer asks Srishti to calm down, she questions the inspector on whose orders she arrested Rajveer as there has not even been a formal complaint, Inspector warns that Srishti is saying a lot and should leave, she replies that she will only go with her son, Inspector threatens Gives that Srishti will have to face a lot of consequences but Srishti doesn’t budge even a bit and demands the constable that Srishti is saying a lot and she should be released. Hearing that he should release his son, the inspector gets angry and instructs the constable to lock Srishti in the cell as well.
Sandy asks Shaurya to drink after she is happy but he keeps drinking, Shaurya remembers how Kavya got angry at him and demanded that he should leave while her father scolded her too, Sandy asks why Shaurya is still so angry, he says that his family doesn’t understand him at all and everyone is against him but only his mother is taking care of him, but because of that he is in so much trouble. Shaurya leaves saying that he will come back after a while.
Kavya enters the house when the driver brings her mobile, Nidhi asks him to come back and then questions where he took Kavya, the driver replies that he went with her to the police station, Nidhi gets angry and asks him to come back on time.
Srishti questions why she was sent to the lockup as she came here only to rescue her son, Rajveer requests her to calm down. Mohit also asks the inspector why did he lock up Srishti when she only came here to rescue her son, the inspector gets angry at Mohit. Srishti asks why is he giving such an answer as if he will also be closed then who will hire a lawyer. Srishti asks Rajveer if Preeta di has come to know the whole truth about Preeta di being her son, Mohit says no one knows the truth, she asks if he has told Mohit hearing which Srishti gets worried but Rajveer replies that he will not tell anyone, Srishti accepts it as he didn’t tell her anything. Srishti questions the inspector to let her go, only then she will hire a lawyer and help her son. Rajveer asks where is mom, he sees there is something they all are hiding then asks what is it, Mohit tells that Preeta is in the hospital which Rajveer gets shocked to hear. Preeta is still unconscious on the hospital bed.
Rakhi arrives at Rajveer’s house with Rishabh, and keeps ringing the doorbell but no one answers, she says she thinks they made a mistake when Rishabh tells her to calm down stating that she tried to stop Rajveer from getting arrested but to no effect, after ringing the bell Rakhi asks what they should do now when Rishabh tells her to come as they can’t wait.
Rajveer gets shocked and asks why mother is in the hospital, Srishti tells that she is undergoing treatment and a couple is with her, Rajveer says that if he was present then nothing like this would have happened, Rajveer requests the inspector to let him go as his mother is in the hospital, Srishti also demands to go hearing this the inspector gets angry asking why they have made this police station in the market, he threatens to beat them if they speak again. Srishti requests Inspector to let Rajveer go as he will definitely come back to which Inspector says he thinks they are liars, he says he can believe Srishti but not Rajveer. Mohit gets angry saying that the Inspector is wrong as Rajveer is a true and honest person who can never be a criminal. The inspector replies that he is a liar as Srishti had come earlier claiming to be his mother and now she is And now he just said that his mother is in the hospital so what is happening here, Srishti and Rajveer get worried.

राजवीर अपनी कोठरी में बैठा है तभी उसे किसी के आने की आहट सुनाई देती है, राजवीर काव्या को देखकर चौंक जाता है और पूछता है कि वह यहाँ क्या कर रही है लेकिन वह रोने लगती है, वह उससे शांत होने और न रोने का अनुरोध करता है। राजवीर समझाता है कि यह उसके लिए सही जगह नहीं है और वह यहां नहीं आई होगी, काव्या कहती है कि यह जगह भी उसके लिए अच्छी नहीं है, वह उससे अनुरोध करता है कि वह उसके साथ इतनी विनम्रता से बात न करे। पालकी उन दोनों को देखकर ईर्ष्यालु हो जाती है और सोचती है कि काव्या राजवीर की दोस्त हो सकती है, जब राजवीर काव्या के आंसू पोंछता है तो वह और भी तनाव में आ जाती है। वह पूछती है कि वह क्यों रो रहा है, जब राजवीर बताता है कि उसे रोता हुआ देखकर उसकी आंखों में आंसू आ गए, काव्या को याद आता है जब शौर्य ने उसे रोने और भावुक होने के लिए डांटा था, काव्या कहती है कि उसने सभी से केस वापस लेने के लिए कहा है लेकिन किसी ने उसकी बात नहीं सुनी, राजवीर ने नोटिस किया कि अन्य अपराधी उसे कैसे देख रहे हैं इसलिए उसने उससे इस जगह को छोड़ने का अनुरोध किया, वह कहती है कि उसे बहुत बुरा लग रहा है कि वह कैसे बंद है। राजवीर ने आश्वासन दिया कि उसने कुछ भी गलत नहीं किया है, लेकिन एक भाई होने के नाते उसे यह पसंद नहीं है कि दूसरे लोग उसे कैसे देखते हैं, काव्या सहमत हो जाती है और अंततः चली जाती है।
दरवाज़े की घंटी बजने की आवाज़ सुनकर दलजीत को आश्चर्य होता है कि कौन उसकी सुंदरता की नींद में खलल डाल रहा है, वह गुस्से में उस व्यक्ति को डांटते हुए वहां जाती है और अंत में दरवाज़ा खोलती है और पालकी और गुरप्रीत को देखकर चौंक जाती है। दलजीत सवाल करती है कि पालकी कहां थी जबकि उसकी बहन ने उसे बुलाया था, दलजीत पूछती है कि गुरप्रीत को क्या हुआ है क्योंकि वह मोहित के साथ अपने घर में नहीं थी और यहां तक कि उनके किरायेदार भी वहां नहीं थे। मिस्टर खुराना पूछते हैं कि दलजीत क्यों चिल्ला रहा है, गुरप्रीत ने उन्हें बताया कि उसने राजवीर से कहा है कि मिस्टर खुराना कुछ बहुत अच्छे वकीलों को जानते हैं इसलिए उन्हें उनकी मदद करनी चाहिए, दलजीत ने उन्हें इन मामलों में हस्तक्षेप न करने और खुद को ऐसे मामलों में शामिल न करने की चेतावनी दी, पालकी ने हालांकि आश्वासन दिया कि राजवीर ने ऐसा कुछ नहीं किया है इसलिए मिस्टर खुराना राजवीर की किसी भी तरह से मदद करने के लिए सहमत हो गए लेकिन दलजीत ने उन्हें चेतावनी दी कि वह न जाएं अन्यथा वह उन्हें परेशान करती रहेंगी। मिस्टर खुराना पालकी और गुरप्रीत के साथ चले जाते हैं जबकि दलजीत क्रोधित हो जाता है।
राजवीर बैठा हुआ है जब पुलिस दूसरे अपराधी को लाती है और उसे लॉकअप में धकेल देती है, वह राजवीर से उसका नाम पूछता है और सवाल करता है कि क्या उसका बड़ा नाम नहीं हो सकता है, लेकिन वह सवाल करता है कि उसे यहां क्यों बंद किया गया था, राजवीर कहता है कि उस पर लूथरा के यहां चोरी करने का आरोप लगाया गया था, अपराधी सवाल करता है कि उसने कितने पैसे चुराए हैं जब राजवीर कहता है कि उसने कुछ भी नहीं चुराया है, अपराधी कहता है कि उसे ऐसे ही कहना होगा, राजवीर गुस्से में कहता है कि उसने कोई पैसा नहीं चुराया है जब अपराधी सहमत हो जाता है और फिर उससे अपना साथी बनने का अनुरोध करता है, लेकिन अपराधी कहता है कि उसने कुछ भी नहीं चुराया है। राजवीर सवाल करता है कि वह इस तरह क्यों बात कर रहा है और उसे चुप रहना चाहिए, कांस्टेबल पटेल पूछता है कि कौन लड़ रहा है और फिर राजवीर को अपराधी के साथ देखता है इसलिए राजवीर को बाहर आने के लिए कहता है अन्यथा अपराधी उसके साथ लड़ना शुरू कर देगा।
इंस्पेक्टर कहता है कि राजवीर को यहां किसी से नहीं लड़ना चाहिए, सृष्टि राजवीर से मिलने के लिए दौड़ती है और इंस्पेक्टर से अनुरोध करती है कि वह उसे अपने बेटे से सिर्फ एक बार मिलने दे, क्योंकि वह यहां मुंबई आई है, लेकिन इंस्पेक्टर ने उसे अनुमति देने से इनकार कर दिया, उसने एक बार फिर उसे समझाने का अनुरोध किया कि उसे एक मां और उसके बेटे के बीच कानून को शामिल नहीं करना चाहिए, लेकिन इंस्पेक्टर ने जवाब दिया कि राजवीर यहां किसी पिकनिक के लिए नहीं आया है, बल्कि उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है क्योंकि वह एक अपराधी है, सृष्टि उसे चेतावनी देती है कि वह उन्हें अपराधी न कहे क्योंकि वे सम्मानित लोग हैं और उसके बेटे पर अपराध साबित नहीं हुआ है, वह धमकी देती है। एक वकील नियुक्त करें और सुनिश्चित करें कि उसका बेटा जेल से रिहा हो जाए। मोहित राजवीर के पास जाता है और उसे समझाता है कि उसकी माँ वास्तव में साहसी है क्योंकि वह पुलिस के साथ बहस कर रही है, राजवीर मोहित से शांत होने और कुछ भी न कहने का अनुरोध करता है, राजवीर सृष्टि को शांत होने के लिए कहता है, वह इंस्पेक्टर से सवाल करती है कि उसने किसके आदेश पर राजवीर को गिरफ्तार किया क्योंकि कोई औपचारिक शिकायत भी नहीं हुई है, इंस्पेक्टर ने चेतावनी दी कि सृष्टि बहुत कुछ कह रही है और उसे छोड़ देना चाहिए, वह जवाब देती है कि वह केवल अपने बेटे के साथ जाएगी, इंस्पेक्टर धमकी देता है कि सृष्टि को बहुत सारे परिणाम भुगतने होंगे लेकिन सृष्टि थोड़ा भी नहीं हिलती और कांस्टेबल से मांग करती है कि सृष्टि बहुत कुछ कह रही है और उसे छोड़ देना चाहिए। उसे अपने बेटे को रिहा कर देना चाहिए, यह सुनकर इंस्पेक्टर क्रोधित हो जाता है और कांस्टेबल को सृष्टि को भी कोठरी में बंद करने का निर्देश देता है।
सैंडी ने शौर्य को खुश होने के बाद पीने के लिए कहा लेकिन वह पीता रहा, शौर्य को याद आ रहा है कि कैसे काव्या उस पर क्रोधित हो गई थी और मांग की थी कि उसे छोड़ देना चाहिए जबकि उसके पिता ने भी उसे डांटा था, सैंडी पूछता है कि शौर्य अब भी इतना क्रोधित क्यों है, वह कहता है कि उसका परिवार उसे थोड़ा भी नहीं समझता है और हर कोई उसके खिलाफ है लेकिन केवल उसकी मां ही उसकी देखभाल कर रही है, लेकिन उसके कारण वह इतनी समस्या में है। सैंडी का कहना है कि सब कुछ राजवीर के कारण हो रहा था क्योंकि वह केवल शौर्य से लड़ता है लेकिन अपने परिवार के साथ बहुत अच्छा व्यवहार करता है जो उसने अपनी बहन के समारोह में देखा था, और वह केवल शौर्य की छवि को बर्बाद करना चाहता है, उसे याद है जब राजवीर ने बैठक में अपना विचार रखा था जिसे उसके पिता ने भी मंजूरी दे दी थी। शौर्य यह कहकर चला गया कि वह थोड़ी देर बाद वापस आएगा।

सृष्टि सवाल करती है कि उसे लॉकअप में क्यों भेजा गया क्योंकि वह केवल अपने बेटे को छुड़ाने के लिए यहां आई थी, राजवीर उससे शांत होने का अनुरोध करता है। मोहित इंस्पेक्टर से यह भी पूछता है कि उसने सृष्टि को बंद क्यों किया जबकि वह केवल अपने बेटे को छुड़ाने के लिए यहां आई थी, इंस्पेक्टर मोहित पर गुस्सा हो जाता है। सृष्टि पूछती है कि वह ऐसा क्यों जवाब दे रहा है जैसे कि वह भी बंद हो जाएगा तो वकील कौन रखेगा। सृष्टि राजवीर से पूछती है कि क्या प्रीता दी को उसके बेटे होने के बारे में पूरी सच्चाई पता चल गई है, मोहित कहता है कि कोई भी सच्चाई नहीं जानता है, वह पूछती है कि क्या उसने मोहित को बताया है जिसे सुनकर सृष्टि चिंतित हो जाती है लेकिन राजवीर जवाब देता है कि वह किसी को नहीं बताएगा, सृष्टि इसे स्वीकार कर लेती है क्योंकि उसने उसे कुछ भी नहीं बताया था। सृष्टि इंस्पेक्टर से सवाल करती है कि उसे जाने दिया जाए, तभी वह एक वकील नियुक्त करेगी और अपने बेटे की मदद करेगी। राजवीर सवाल करता है कि माँ कहाँ है, उसने देखा कि वहाँ कुछ है जो वे सभी छिपा रहे हैं तो पूछता है कि यह क्या है, मोहित बताता है कि प्रीता अस्पताल में है जिसे सुनकर राजवीर चौंक जाता है। प्रीता अभी भी अस्पताल के बिस्तर पर बेहोश है।
राखी ऋषभ के साथ राजवीर के घर पहुंचती है, और दरवाजे की घंटी बजाती रहती है लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं देता है, वह कहती है कि उसे लगता है कि उन्होंने गलती की है जब ऋषभ ने उसे यह बताते हुए शांत रहने के लिए कहा कि उसने राजवीर को गिरफ्तार होने से रोकने की कोशिश की लेकिन इसका कोई असर नहीं हुआ, घंटी बजाने के बाद राखी पूछती है कि अब उन्हें क्या करना चाहिए जब ऋषभ उसे आने के लिए कहता है क्योंकि वे इंतजार नहीं कर सकते।
राजवीर चौंक जाता है और पूछता है कि मां अस्पताल में क्यों है, सृष्टि बताती है कि उसका इलाज चल रहा है और एक जोड़ा उसके पास है, राजवीर कहता है कि अगर वह उसके पास मौजूद होता तो ऐसा कुछ नहीं होता, राजवीर इंस्पेक्टर से उसे जाने देने का अनुरोध करता है क्योंकि उसकी मां अस्पताल में है, सृष्टि भी यह सुनकर जाने की मांग करती है कि इंस्पेक्टर यह सवाल करते हुए क्रोधित हो जाता है कि उन्होंने इस पुलिस स्टेशन को बाजार में क्यों बनाया है, वह उन्हें दोबारा बोलने पर पीटने की धमकी देता है। सृष्टि इंस्पेक्टर से राजवीर को जाने देने का अनुरोध करती है क्योंकि वह निश्चित रूप से वापस आएगा जिसे सुनकर इंस्पेक्टर कहता है कि उसे लगता है कि वे झूठे हैं, वह कहता है कि वह सृष्टि पर विश्वास भी कर सकता है लेकिन राजवीर पर नहीं। मोहित यह कहते हुए क्रोधित हो जाता है कि इंस्पेक्टर गलत है क्योंकि राजवीर एक सच्चा और ईमानदार व्यक्ति है जो कभी अपराधी नहीं हो सकता। इंस्पेक्टर जवाब देता है कि वह झूठा है क्योंकि सृष्टि पहले उसकी मां होने का दावा करके आई थी और अब उसने सिर्फ इतना कहा है कि उसकी मां अस्पताल में है तो यहां क्या हो रहा है, यह सुनकर सृष्टि और राजवीर चिंतित हो जाते हैं
