Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 18th October 2023 episode starts with doctor tells Kashvi that she is lucky that she did not suffer major injuries or fractures, but she has a sprain so she will have to wear a sling on her arm. Kashvi asks about head injury. He says she needs to rest and then she will be fine. The woman thanks you for saving her son and asks should I call someone from your family. Kashvi asks her to call her husband, but not tell him about her situation.
The lady says your husband is very lucky. Arjun tells Mahima that he will surprise her. Mahima says Kashvi is surprised and will surprise you too. The woman calls Arjun and tells him that his wife is in the hospital as she got injured while saving a boy from a bull. Arjun got nervous and said that he would go there. Mahima says she will also come. Arjun asks him to stay there, and leaves. Mahima says it is good that Niyati is supporting him and says that he will never express his love to Kashvi.
Arjun comes to the hospital and sees Kashvi. He asks what did you do? He asks who does this, who fights the bull. Kashvi says that he is not very hurt or serious. Mahima says you have worked hard. Arjun says that nothing is more important than Kashvi for him. Nitya says tomorrow is an auspicious day.

Mahima makes laddus and becomes happy. Kashvi tells everyone that Mahima has made delicious laddus. Everyone appreciates him. Mickey and Monty tell that they will have laddus. Grandma says this after keeping it as bhog for the inauguration of the factory. Arjun says yes.
Mahima tells him that they will leave. Dadi asks Mahima to go alone. Mahima says she is her employee so she will leave first. Arjun says he will come with him and asks Kashvi and others to come. Kashvi says all the best. Romila says they will buy gifts for Arjun, and Mickey and Monty will bring Kashvi home. Kashvi tells them that they will leave. They go to get ready.
Arjun and Mahima come to the factory site and see the arrangements already made. He gets impressed and asks why did we come before him? Mahima says you have to check the flowers and proposal. She says she brought flower petals to shower on Kashvi. Arjun thanked him. She thinks she is innocent in trusting him.
Kashvi asks Mickey and Monty to come. Mickey says Monty must be coming. He takes laddu and eats it. He vomits and runs to the bathroom. Kashvi and Monty become worried for him. Mickey tells that he is feeling sleepy and unwell. Kashvi asks did you eat anything at night. Mickey says there is something wrong with the laddu. Kashvi tells that the same laddus are kept for puja.
Precap: Kashvi makes the laddu fall from Arjun’s hand. Mahima tastes it and proves that the laddu is fine. Arjun does not trust Kashvi. Kashvi brought him home Asks to meet Mickey. Nitya asks him to decide whether he wants to keep Kashvi with him for the puja or not. Someone comes and says that puja cannot be done.
