Today’s Anupama 18th November 2023 episode starts with Anuj asks Anupama that if she was so worried then why didn’t she call him earlier. He says he must have come running. Anupama says I know, but I don’t want to trouble you. Anuj says it is not good that you don’t call me for your help. He jokes that if he had not come she would have thrown the roller at their house. Anupama thanks him. Anuj says Baa will be fine. He tells her that the doctor said that he did not tell everything in front of Babu ji.
He says Baa’s condition is critical and says everything will be fine, she will be tested tomorrow and we will get her treated. He says we can’t do anything about his concerns. Anupama asks about Choti and says you should have also taken rest. Anuj says he made her sleep and came. He asks if she would like tea or ice cream. Anupama says they don’t have ice cream in the fridge. He asks if she wants to take it. Babuji checks Baa’s BP. He holds Baa’s hand and says don’t leave me. He says if anyone has to go then I will go. He says I want to hear your chik chik in the morning.
Anuj and Anupama are in the kitchen. Anuj grinds milk and fruits and feeds it to Anupama. He tells that if not ice cream then something close to it. Song plays…Ishq mein doode hum toh. Anupama places her head on his chest.
Next day Anupama and Anuj talk to the doctor. Doctor tells them that Baa’s condition is critical with 70 percent heart blockage. Anuj asks if he advises surgery? Doctor says surgery is not advisable at this age and says she should not miss any medicine, otherwise she will have to be hospitalized and given proper care. Anupama is surprised. The doctor leaves. Toshu and Kinjal are leaving home.
Toshu tells Babu ji that they have to leave early as it is an international flight. Babu ji asks them to take care of themselves and not to worry about him. Kavya asks him not to worry about Baa and Babu ji and says she is with them and focuses on work. Kinjal asks her to send the baby’s pictures and wishes her all the best for the delivery. She says she has kept fairy toys for the baby and says I miss you. Kavya says I will also miss you. She asks Toshu to take care. Kinjal hugs Dimpy and tells her that she has pasted the numbers of milkman, gardener etc. She says I will give message about Babu ji’s medicine. Dimpy says sometimes I will do video call to see Pari.
Pakhi comes there with Adhik and hugs Toshu and Kinjal. Toshu asks Abhi to take care of him. Pakhi says she will come there to tease him. Toshu definitely says. Anuj gives them Euro and asks them not to think wrong. If they’re feeling stressed at home, he asks them to join the Indian Club and if they need a babysitter, he asks them to send him a message. Kinjal says papa will take time to come and asks him to take care of everyone. Anuj assured him.
Kinjal and Toshu hug Anupama. Toshu says we went to Baa’s room and placed her hand on Pari’s head. He says we did not disturb her, as she was sleeping. Anupama takes Pari in her hands, and blesses her to go happily and come back soon. She tells him to learn good English more from foreigners, but not to forget his mother tongue. She gives them a bag of spices and pickles made by her mother. She takes them to the home temple and ties the sacred thread on their hands.
She asks them to go and not worry about them. Baa comes there and says you are leaving without meeting me. Kinjal hugs him. Toshu says you were sleeping and hence we did not disturb you. Baa says sorry for scolding them. Kinjal says we have to go now anyhow, and asks her to sit on the swing at once. Baa sits on the swing and says they have to buy everything to start their new life. She tells them not to trust strangers and if they fight then settle their fights and take care of Pari. She says you both love each other, but when they come from outside, they will smile at each other and give water to each other. Babu ji asks why didn’t you implement your learning. Baa says everyone knows about it, but doesn’t follow it. She asks if they have kept pickles, papad, spices.
When they were going in the car, Anupama showed a fake smile on her face. Anuj, Adhik and Pakhi go to drop them. As soon as he leaves, Anupama breaks down and starts crying. She remembers their moments. Baa comes out. Anupama hugs him and cries. Baa asks her not to cry and says she doesn’t want to live, as everyone is leaving her one after the other, and she wants to leave this world. Anupama asks Baa not to say this, and looks at Kavya.
In the morning Toshu calls Anupama and tells that they have reached safely. Babu ji please get well soon.
He says and says that we will go to meet him. Baa says I can’t board a plane because I don’t know how to fly and I can’t board a plane because I don’t know how to swim. She gets emotional and says whoever goes abroad does not return, so we have to go there. She says Pari will now become English and says they will not return. Then she is worried about Vanraj and says that we have become completely alone. Anupama checks his BP and asks him not to think too much.
Precap: Babu ji is taking Baa to the bathroom, his foot slips and both of them fall on the floor. They call Kavya and Dimpy for that LP. Choti tells Anuj that she is unwell and asks her to call Anupama. Babu ji calls Anupama for help.
