Today’s Anupama 23rd October 2023 episode starts with Devika realizes that she has forgotten her EarPods at the café and runs to go there. Anuj and Anupama drank tea at the tea shop. Pakhi thinks about Anupama’s words. Malti Devi comes there and gives him cold coffee. She says I don’t think you are wrong and says I also want Samar to get justice, but if anything happens to anyone then justice will prove costly.
Pakhi says if anything happens to anyone, I will not forgive mom. Malti Devi thinks that if anything happens to Anuj, I will not leave Anupama. Anupama tells Anuj that she does not want the tea to end and she wants Samar to get justice and me to get peace. Anuj says Samar will get justice and you will get peace. The song Dil Kehta Hai plays. Anupama holds his hand. He holds her hand and thinks about the poem while holding her hand. He lays his head on her shoulder and wipes his tears, and then hers. He says case hearing is tomorrow, our Samar will get justice, I will always be with you.
He says that if we do not get justice then we will go to the High Court and Supreme Court, but my Anu will definitely get justice. Anupama thanks him for supporting her at every step. Inspector comes there and arrests the attacker. He says until his case is heard, Samar’s court decision will come. He says that he will try to make him open his mouth that Suresh has got this attack done. Ankush asks Anupama and Anuj to sleep, and says they will watch CCTV all night.
Malti Devi says that Anuj will not go to give statement. She asks Anupama to understand and says she doesn’t want to suffer pain like her. Pakhi asks Anupama why she is not listening to Malti Devi’s plea and it is not affecting her. Anuj asks Pakhi not to become a hindrance in his path.

Malti Devi says don’t interfere, you are not a family member. Devika taunts Malti Devi for leaving Anuj and then coming back after so many years. She tells that Anuj is Anupama’s husband. Malti Devi says still Anupama does not care about her.
