Kavya thanks her doctor over the phone for assuring her that her baby is fine. She consoles herself that the reports are normal and everything is fine, then wonders why she is afraid of something happening. Leela scolds Dimpy for covering the milk pot and not making a mess in the kitchen. Dimpy asks her to speak slowly, else her friends will overhear.

Dimpy’s friend comes to the kitchen wearing shoes. Leela asks her to leave the shoes outside. Friend feels insulted. Leela says that if elders try to teach the youth then there is nothing wrong in it. Dimpy’s friend feels insulted and leaves with the other friends while Dimpy asks them to stay and apologizes on Leela’s behalf. Dimpy shouts at Leela. Their argument starts. Vanraj returns from office and asks them to stop their daily drama. His argument continues. Kavya tries to pacify Leela and asks Dimpy to stop arguing with Leela. Dimpy throws the glass of water on the floor and walks away. Kavya tries to stop him, steps on the glass of water and falls on her stomach. Vanraj takes her to the hospital.

Anupama senses that Kavya is unwell and prays to God to protect her and her child. He gets a call and asks if Kavya is fine, goes to the hospital where she meets Vanraj. Kavya cries that if anything happens to her child, she will not survive. They both assure Kavya that her baby will be fine. Doctor takes her for checkup. Vanraj hopes that his child is fine. Anupama says its nice to hear that he called his and Kavya’s child. At home,

Leela worries about Kavya’s baby and warns Dimpy that if anything happens to Kavya’s baby, she will throw her out of the house. Dimpy shouts that Kavya should have stepped carefully on the wet floor and did not do so intentionally. Toshu scolds Dimpy for her careless behavior and asks if she doesn’t know that where a pregnant woman lives, they should take utmost care. Samar like a true puppy defends Dimpy and says that it is not her fault. After this Toshu scolds him. Dimpy goes to the kitchen crying and tells Kinjal that she didn’t do it on purpose. Dimpy asks her to calm down and says Leela is upset and hence blames her, she should pray for Kavya’s child.

The doctor checks Kavya’s ultrasound report and informs Vanraj and Anupama that the baby is fine, but Kavya is still having abdominal pain and needs to be kept under observation for 24 hours. Vanraj is worried about the child. Anupama consoles her. Dimpy asks Samar if he talked to Vanraj, is Kavya fine. Samar says he spoke to Anuj and he said that the baby is fine, but Kavya is in pain and needs to be kept under observation for 24 hours. Dimpy says she will go with him and Toshu to the hospital. Samar asks her to stay at home and says that anger only brings trouble, so she should remain calm and not react even if Leela scolds her. Romil says he thought husband-praying aunties are only in movies, but he can see one here. Pakhi says she supported him considering him as younger brother, he should stop fighting more as their fight is affecting CA. Adik overhears their conversation.

Kavya asks Vanraj to inform Leela not to scold and pleads Dimpy. Vanraj asks her to keep calm or else it will affect her child. Kavya gets scared and calls the nurse. Vanraj says his child is fine. Kavya gets happy hearing this and asks if she has accepted her child. Vanraj says no, he spoke in emotions.

Precap: Vanraj tells Anupama that he cannot accept Anirudh’s child. Anuj hears this and asks Anupama if Vanraj came to her in the middle of the night to discuss the same. A woman hits their car. Anupama is shocked to see Gurumaa in a mentally unstable state.

वनराज को काव्या की गर्भावस्था की खबर और फिर काव्या के चौंकाने वाले खुलासे के बाद उसके साथ बिताए गए अच्छे पल याद आते हैं। समर और तोशू काव्या और उसके बच्चे के बारे में पूछते हैं। अनुज का कहना है कि वे ठीक हैं। समर का कहना है कि डिंपी ने जानबूझकर ऐसा नहीं किया। तोशू का तर्क है। अनुज उन्हें रोकता है और कहता है कि यह बहस करने की जगह नहीं है। तोशु पूछता है कि क्या वे यहां हैं, पाखी के साथ कौन है क्योंकि वह अधिक के साथ सुरक्षित नहीं है। अनुपमा को याद आता है कि आदिक ने पाखी को घायल कर दिया था। पाखी सीए के लिए जेली बनाती है और रोमिल से पूछती है कि क्या वह जेली लेना चाहेगा। रोमिल कहता है कि उसे जेली पसंद है और वह उसे सुझाव देता है कि वह अपने पति की शारीरिक, मानसिक और मौखिक दुर्व्यवहार को सहन करना बंद कर दे अन्यथा वह उसे प्रताड़ित करना जारी रखेगा। पाखी उसे चेतावनी देती है कि यह उसका काम नहीं है। रोमिल कहते हैं कि उन्हें लगा कि पति-प्रार्थना करने वाली आंटियां केवल फिल्मों में होती हैं, लेकिन वह यहां एक देख सकते हैं। पाखी कहती है कि उसने उसे छोटा भाई मानकर उसका समर्थन किया, उसे अधिक से लड़ना बंद कर देना चाहिए क्योंकि उनकी लड़ाई सीए को प्रभावित कर रही है। आदिक उनकी बातचीत सुनता है।

काव्या वनराज से लीला को सूचित करने के लिए कहती है कि वह डिंपी को न डांटे और विनती करती है। वनराज उसे शांत रहने के लिए कहता है वरना इसका असर उसके बच्चे पर पड़ेगा। काव्या घबरा जाती है और नर्स को बुलाती है। वनराज कहते हैं कि उनका बच्चा ठीक है। काव्या यह सुनकर खुश हो जाती है और पूछती है कि क्या उसने उसके बच्चे को स्वीकार किया है। वनराज कहते हैं नहीं, उन्होंने भावनाओं में बहकर बात की।

अगले भाग में: वनराज अनुपमा से कहता है कि वह अनिरुद्ध के बच्चे को स्वीकार नहीं कर सकता। अनुज यह सुनता है और अनुपमा से पूछता है कि क्या वनराज उसी पर चर्चा करने के लिए आधी रात को उसके पास आया था। एक महिला उनकी कार से टकराती है। गुरुमाँ को मानसिक रूप से अस्थिर अवस्था में देखकर अनुपमा चौंक जाती है।
