Today’s Anupama 30th October 2023 episode starts with Anupama brings Dimpy out and asks Malti Devi to look at her and says she is looking lovely. Malti Devi says that she is looking good. Anuj comes there and removes the evil eye from her and asks Anupama to give money to the poor. He tells that he had always heard that women look beautiful during pregnancy and says that today we saw it too.
Dimpy is coughing. adhik runs and brings water for him. Dimpy drank it. Adik asks if she is better and tells her to make sure she has a water bottle, snack bar and candies in her purse. He says he has Swiss chocolate and goes to get it. Anuj says I will also bring something and leaves. Malti Devi explains that everyone takes care of the pregnant woman, even strangers in the bus, and gives her seat to the pregnant woman. Anuj comes there and gives her the tamarind pill sent by Babu ji and says methi laddus have been brought by me. Adik comes there and gives her Swiss chocolate. Anupama asks how will she keep all the things in her bag. Adhik says she will keep it. Pakhi sees everything and thinks she has no value in the house now.
Toshu is busy on a call regarding his visit to the UK Embassy. Vanraj tells him that Pari is crying, but Toshu doesn’t care. Vanraj asks him to deposit the check if he is going to the bank, but Toshu still does not listen to him. Babu ji sees this and shouts at Toshu. He asks her to see that Vanraj is trying to talk and his daughter is crying. Toshu says he was doing UK Embassy work. Babu ji asks him to at least listen to Vanraj. He silences the child and then asks Vanraj to come, and says we will go to the bank and deposit your cheque.
Takes up adhik room. He asks what happened, is everything fine? Pakhi says you have taken care of Dimpy as she is pregnant, and asks her to take extra care of her and give her water. Adhik says she is pregnant. Pakhi says no one cares about me and says it seems I only want child, and says we didn’t go to another doctor for second opinion for so many options, and says everyone. Dimpy is saying Dimpy and doesn’t look at me.
adhik say you are going crazy. Pakhi says I can’t get pregnant and become a mother. adhik asked her not to use this pity card again and again, and said that first you got jealous, then got angry and now you are feeling sorry for yourself, this is not done. Pakhi says I am useless. adhik says you are not a 70s heroine and says this is not the right time to talk to you. he goes Malti Devi looks at Pakhi crying. She comes to Anupama and asks her to go and sleep.

Anupama says that I waited for love for 26 years and when I met Anuj, I felt as if 26 years had never passed. She says same will happen with you, and says you will be good mother, good grandmother and don’t be strict and be good with me. Malti Devi says it depends on the daughter in law. Kavya feels uneasy and thinks Vanraj has taken medicines and is sleeping. She wonders what to do?
Anuj comes home and says my love…Anupama informs him that Malti Devi is here. Malti Devi gets upset and thinks that Anupama will always be important in her life. He hugs Anupama and recites poetry. Kavya takes water, but the glass falls from her hand and she also falls. Baa comes to Kavya and asks her to breathe heavily. Kavya says I am afraid that something will happen to my child. Baa tells that 7th month has started and hence she is having trouble breathing and says you will have back pain also. She asks him to lie on her lap and says I will make you sleep. Kavya lay down in his lap. Ba tells that she has more life experience than him and she has faced many difficulties in life. She tries to make Kavya sleep.
Anupama shows food for Anuj. Anuj says that after marrying her he cannot make 6 pack abs. Anupama says he is already hot and asks if he wants to kill her. She asks him to have food. He says he couldn’t exercise for 2 years and says he will do it now. He asks what she wants tomorrow. Anupama says pancake, she made it for Romil and Choti. Anuj sees Romil and asks where is he coming from? Romil says he had gone to drop his friends. Anupama asks him to eat kheer. Romil KhiRa tastes it and keeps the book on the table and asks Anupama to give him kheer in the morning also.
Adhik tries to talk to Pakhi and says if she can’t become a mother then he also can’t become a father. Anupama tells Anuj that they will organize Kavya’s baby shower. Anuj says this had already happened. Anupama says it was Godbharai, English way, and now this Godbharai is in traditional way. Anuj says that if you want, you can do it 2 more times. Anupama smiles. Anuj makes Anupama sit on his lap and asks her to come to the room.
Anupama says she will pack her things and come to the room. Anuj asks him to come soon. Anupama sees Romil’s book on the table. Adhik asks Pakhi to understand that Dimpy has lost her husband within a year and her husband was her brother. Pakhi says she is playing the victim card. adhik say you also do the same. Pakhi says that one day Dimpy will cut off everyone’s nose, and says that day I will tell you, see. Anupama knocks Romil’s door to give her book and goes inside. She gets shocked.
