Today’s Bhagya Lakshmi 18th November 2023 episode starts with Malishka asking about Lakshmi. Karishma tells that her mind is shaken. Sonia tells that she has gone mad and calls Cuckoo in her mind. Virendra shouted at Sonia. Sonia says that his mental condition is unstable and that is why he is called mad, and says whatever word you use, he is mad. Virendra shouts a lot. Dadi asks if there is any cure. Virendra says, of course, modern science has developed and there must be some cure for it. He says he will find out when he reaches there.
Neelam says you don’t need to go there, and says you only said that Lakshmi has gone mad. Malishka smiles. Neelam says there is no guarantee that she will recover. Sonia says Lakshmi has wronged us, and it is her karma which is giving her back, and says it is good that she is not here, else we would have gone mad. Virendra tells that Lakshmi will be fine, and tells that she was very intelligent before the accident. He says he has to go. Neelam says I am not stopping you, and says she doesn’t think there is any cure for this. Virendra says he will go and talk to the doctor. Dadi says she will also come. Virendra says he will go alone. Dadi prays for Lakshmi.
Rishi tells the doctor that he told that there is no guarantee that Lakshmi will recover, but he wants her to recover completely, and requests him to cure her. The doctor says any doctor would give him the same treatment. He asks Lakshmi to go with the doctor. Lakshmi refused to go. Rishi convinces him to go and tells that there is some problem in his head which needs to be fixed. The doctor says we cannot treat unless we get permission. Rishi says he will sign and asks him to give the form.
Rano is worried. Neha asks what happened to Lakshmi. Rano says she doesn’t know. Rishi asks Lakshmi to go inside. Lakshmi goes inside the ward. Virendra comes there and asks about Lakshmi. Rishi hugs her and says everything is going well and mother has accepted us. He says he doesn’t know what’s happening, she is undergoing operation and asks if she will be okay?
Virendra says this is life, you both have faced many challenges, this is the new challenge which you both will face. He asks where is she? Ayush says in OT. Virendra says treatment is possible. Shalu says but there is no guarantee. Virendra says maybe she will be fine and will come. Rishi goes inside to see. As the doctor begins treatment, he watches through the window glass. Lakshmi says she is feeling pain. The doctor gives him an injection. She becomes unconscious. Rishi comes out and cries.
Neha calls Shalu and asks what happened to Lakshmi, is she being treated. Shalu says that she is undergoing treatment. Rano takes the call and asks him to say it clearly. Shalu tells that Lakshmi Di’s brain has been affected and is undergoing treatment. Rano says Lakshmi must be fine, and says she has to be fine for herself, Rishi and their future. Shalu says yes.
Sonia asks if Lakshmi is coming back here. Dadi says this house also belongs to Lakshmi, so she will come here. Sonia says she has gone mad, how can we let her stay here. Dadi says she will be fine after treatment. Karishma says if she doesn’t get well. Dadi asks them to think that she will be fine. Malishka says that only a few patients get cured, not all. Dadi says Lakshmi will be in something and will be fine. Karishma asks what if she doesn’t get well. Grandmother asks them to keep quiet until there is news from the hospital.
Malishka thinks that there is a question in everyone’s heart that what will happen if she does not get well. She says Lakshmi will never recover, and she will get a chance to make Rishi hers, and wonders who spends life with a mad person. Rishi hears Lakshmi’s scream and runs inside. He looks at Lakshmi through the window glass and sees her tears flowing, while she is crying as she is being given shock treatment.
Ayush comes there and takes Rishi out. He says that if we are afraid of treatment then how will she get cured. Rishi says she is very weak, and asks how will she bear. Ayush says don’t look. Rishi says she has been given shock treatment, she can’t tolerate it. Ayush says we have to bear this and says gold has to be heated to become Kundan. He tells that when Lakshmi comes out, she might be fine.
Precap: Lakshmi cries and looks at Rishi. Virendra says Lakshmi has not been treated. Lakshmi hugs Rishi and cries. Rano asks Neha if Neelam will agree, if Rishi accepts her. Rishi says that he will get Lakshmi treated at home. Lakshmi thanked the sage. Rishi says welcome.
