Today’s Bhagya Lakshmi 26th October 2023 episode starts with Malishka walking around in the hospital when someone pulls her into the ward. Ayush and Shalu come inside the truck driver’s room and find the bag of money. Shalu says that the truck driver is a puppet and someone is the real conspirator. Malishka looks at Kiran and says you are here? Kiran says I have recognized you as being your mother.
Malishka asks him to let her do her work. She says I will be saved after killing them. Kiran says if you leave them alive you will be saved. Malishka says they both knew that I tried to kill them, and hence they have to die. Kiran says you are committing crimes one after the other. Malishka tells that Rishi is in coma and doctor says whether he will remember his memory or not, so I will just kill Lakshmi. Kiran says I will not let you go. Malishka pushes him and makes him fall on the chair, ties him to the chair and stuffs cotton in his mouth. She says I will not kill Rishi now, but cannot leave Rishi alive either. She goes.
Ayush asks Shalu, what will they do? Shalu says that the lorry driver/owner might be hiding in a hotel. Malishka thinks if any of them opens their mouth then I will be punished. She says there is a possibility of Rishi losing his memory, but Lakshmi will take my name as soon as he regains consciousness. She says why is mother not listening? She comes to Lakshmi’s ward and sees Virendra and Bani sitting outside. She comes in and thinks, thank God, there is no nurse here. She is about to take off her oxygen mask when the nurse comes there.
Malishka asks the nurse about Lakshmi and tells that she is the new doctor who came 2 days ago. She tells that any nurse can take leave if she wants and says that she will take care of that patient. She asks the nurse to take leave. The nurse refused. Malishka asks him to take a break. The nurse refused. Malishka says she will come back after some time, and then you can take a break. The nurse says ok and sits near Lakshmi.
Malishka goes outside and hears Virendra talking to Ayush about the truck owner. She sees the nurse going into the changing room. She runs and stops the nurse. She goes inside the changing room and frees Kiran. Kiran says she will take him to Neelam and tell her the truth. Malishka says will you get me punished. Sonal searches for the truck owner and finds him, but he hides thinking he is the police.
Kiran tells Malishka that it is better if Neelam kills you than the police. Karishma asks Kiran why did she bring Malishka here like this? Kiran says Malishka was going to PS to do hunger strike. He says that the police explained to him and left him here. She says will Rishi get justice like this, and says Malishka will stay with you. Karishma says Malishka has proved how much she loves Rishi. Malishka hugs Neelam and says my heart says that Rishi will come out of coma soon. Kiran tells Malishka that she did as she wanted. Malishka asks why did you lie to me. Kiran says I want you to be afraid of Neelam. Malishka says she thought Rishi would come back to her after losing his memory, but Rishi would die. Kiran asks Malishka to stay in Neelam’s heart. Malishka says Lakshmi knows that I tried to kill her. Kiran says no one will trust Lakshmi. She says she will do something about the truck driver and asks him to stop thinking about murder.
The nurse’s shift changes and another nurse comes to Rishi’s ward. She asks the nurse not to let her relatives inside. Ayush and Shalu are waiting hidden in the lorry owner’s house. They think he is coming. After telling the name of the culprit, Shalu asks him to beat up the lorry owner. Bani is waiting outside Lakshmi’s ward.
Rano comes there and says she has brought food for them. Bani hugs her and tells that Lakshmi is not in her senses and Jiju has gone into coma. Rano gets upset and curses the culprit. She asks where is Shalu? Bani says they have gone to catch the culprits. Rano says let the police work. She asks him to have food. Rano says you must have listened to Lakshmi. Bani imagines Lakshmi coming there and feeding her. She opens her mouth. Rano calls Bani. Bani realizes it is her imagination, and finds Lakshmi in the ICU. Rano asks him to have food. Bani refuses to eat food until Lakshmi regains consciousness.
Ayush and Shalu are still at the lorry owner’s house. They see him coming. Kiran asks Malishka if she has understood that she has to stay in Neelam’s good books. She says I was worried that you will do something. She goes. Malishka says she will not go to jail and
She will not let Rishi go away from her, it is a blessing for her, she will kill Lakshmi.
