Riva returns home and sees that the house is decorated for the festivities. Her parents congratulated her for getting admission in the prestigious London School of Business. Swanand says let them cut the cake. Riva cuts the cake and says that she does not want to go to London but wants to be with Ishaan. Swati gets angry and says that she cannot ruin her childhood dream for Ishaan. Swanand says that he will get her engaged to Ishaan before going to London. Riva says that Ishaan was lonely since childhood without a mother and he does not want to lose her too. Swati says that Ishaan is just blackmailing her emotionally and she will not let him ruin her childhood dream for Ishaan. Riva says it is Swati’s dream, not hers, she wants to be with Ishaan. She leaves from there. Swanand tries to pacify her. Swati thinks Ishaan is trying to take her away from her dream, she will make sure she goes away from Ishaan.
Ishaan talks to Riva who tells her mother’s reaction and tells her not to worry as Swanand will convince Swati. He asks if she is coming tonight for their engagement ceremony. She says yes and asks him to make good arrangements to welcome her. Ishaan tells his choice to the event manager. The event manager says that it seems he is very much in love with his fiancee and assures to make their day special. Durva and Avni tell Ishaan that when he proposes to Riva, they will record it and post it on their social media accounts. Ishaan asks Nishikant if his party dress is ready. Nishikant says designer will send it soon. Shantanu tells Yashwant that he is seeing Ishaan happy after a long time. Yashwant says he is happy with Riva’s entry in his life else his mother would have snatched his happiness. Asmita, Surekha and Shikha are also happy to see him happy.
Bhavani decorates the house for Savi’s pre-wedding function. Ninad misses Omkar. Bhavani asks them not to talk about Omkar who does not even come to meet them and is living shamelessly at his in-laws house. She asks Harini to go and prepare Saavi for the rituals. Savi gets emotional wearing her father’s shirt and hugging her mother’s saree. She recalls her childhood incident where she suggests Sai to hug Virat’s shirt whenever she misses him in his absence. Harini comes inside with Ashwini. Ashwini consoles Savi and says she knows that whenever she misses her parents the most she does this, she asks her to remember that wherever her parents are Everyone is watching and cannot see him crying. Then she starts preparing him for the ceremony.
Riva packs her bags for her engagement ceremony. Swanand asks her to hurry up as they are getting late. They go to Swati’s room and see smoke coming out of there. They break down the door and find burning papers. Riva asks what is she doing. Swati says she is not doing anything, but Riva is trying to ruin her life. She talks emotionally and says that it was Swanand’s dream to complete PhD and she supported him, but he could not complete PhD due to his own issues. She asks Swanand if he really thinks that Ishaan is doing right by emotionally blackmailing Riva. Swanand says no. Swati’s health deteriorated. They both comfort him by holding him. They find her BP high.. Swati says let her die as she cannot see Riva ruining her life, she wants Riva to go to London and complete her PhD. Swanand says Swati is right, she should go to London and assure Ishaan that wherever she is, she will surely return to him. Swati asks will she listen to her parents who are worried for her or listen to the boy who wants to chain her with his love. Riva says she doesn’t know what to do. Swati says she should decide whether she wants to go to London or Pune. Riva calls London and gives her BP medicine. Swati happily hugs Riva.
Savi gets ready for the ceremony. Bhavani tells her customs. Isha comes to meet Savi and tells him that Samridhi is an alcoholic and a drug addict. She shows the papers of the rehabilitation center and the police complaints against him for misbehaving with the girls. She further shows the picture of his affair with a married woman and asks him to show this proof to Bhavani and cancel this marriage. Bhavani comes inside.
PRECAP: Bhavani asks Savi to forget studies and focus on marriage as she wants a grandson within a year. Ashwini suggests Savi to run away. Ishaan confronts Reeva for hiding the truth from her and tears their wedding card.
Savi visits Ishaan and tells him that getting admission in his college is the biggest aim of his life. Ishaan asks why will he give her admission, what is special in her. Savi decided to change his decision.

सावी के विवाह पूर्व समारोह के लिए भवानी ने घर को सजाया। निनाद को ओंकार की याद आती है। भवानी ने उनसे ओंकार के बारे में बात न करने के लिए कहा जो उनसे मिलने भी नहीं आता है और बेशर्मी से अपने ससुराल में रह रहा है। वह हरिणी से कहती है कि वह जाकर सावी को अनुष्ठानों के लिए तैयार करे। सावी अपने पिता की शर्ट पहनकर और अपनी मां की साड़ी को गले लगाकर भावुक हो जाती है। वह अपने बचपन की घटना को याद करती है जहां वह सई को सुझाव देती है कि जब भी उसे विराट की अनुपस्थिति में उसकी याद आती है तो वह उसकी शर्ट गले लगा ले। अश्विनी के साथ हरिनी अंदर आती है। अश्विनी सावी को दिलासा देती है और कहती है कि वह जानती है कि जब भी उसे अपने माता-पिता की सबसे ज्यादा याद आती है तो वह ऐसा करती है, वह उसे यह याद रखने के लिए कहती है कि उसके माता-पिता जहां कहीं भी हों, सब देख रहे हैं और उसे रोते हुए नहीं देख सकते। फिर वह उसे समारोह के लिए तैयार करने लगती है।

सावी समारोह के लिए तैयार हो जाती है। भवानी अपने रीति-रिवाज बताती है। ईशा सावी से मिलने आती है और उसे बताती है कि समृद्ध शराबी और नशीली दवाओं का आदी है। वह पुनर्वास केंद्र के कागजात और लड़कियों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार के लिए उसके खिलाफ पुलिस शिकायतें दिखाती है। वह आगे एक विवाहित महिला के साथ उसके संबंध की तस्वीर दिखाती है और उससे भवानी को यह सबूत दिखाने और इस शादी को रद्द करने के लिए कहती है। भवानी अंदर आती है।
