Today’s Imlie 23rd November 2023 episode starts with Imlie requests Annapurna to tell Shivani why she didn’t tell about the boy. She says she gets knowledge from books and experiences by going to new place, everyone has their own past like Shivani might have had a past with her ex-boyfriend, even Avinash might have had his own past, Therefore Annapurna should not blame Shivani.
Agastya says he doesn’t like supporting Imlie, but this time she is right. Annapurna says Imlie’s job is to lure and trap men, she trapped Agastya. She asks Agastya to ask Imlie to stay away from his family issues and move out of their house after Shivani’s marriage. Sonali calls Amrit, but he is very drunk and lying unconscious on the bonnet of his car. She messages him to return home and clarify whether he has burnt their sweet shop or not.
Shivani tries to convince Rajni that she is not wrong. Imlie tells Rajni that it is not Shivani’s fault that she trusted a boy and then goes to Avinash after knowing about the boy’s nature, the boy is wrong for sending intimate pictures. Agastya tells Rajni that Imlie is right. She suggests Rajini to tell his future in-laws about Shivani’s past to avoid any problems in the future.
Annapurna hears this and threatens to commit suicide if anyone does this. She abuses Imlie again. After some time Imlie returns to her room. Agastya asks why Annapurna was supporting Shivani even after she insulted her so much. Imlie says she was supporting a woman. Their long argument begins.
Rajni cries and asks what went wrong in their upbringing that Shivani did this to them. Govind says he sent Shivani to study and if the boy cheated her then it is not her mistake, she chose Avinash and informed them about it, they should support her. Rajni says that she wants Shivani to get married and leave their house. Govind consoled him. Imlie tells Agasita that she still feels that they should tell Shivani’s past to her in-laws. Agastya asks if he had not seen Annapurna’s reaction, she would have never agreed. Imlie will support Shivani and make her happy. Agastya asks how.
Navya tells Avinash that Shivani’s engagement dress has arrived. She gets disappointed seeing the sleeveless dress and says it is different from her order. Avinash says Shivani liked this dress and hence she changed it. Navya asks her to ask Shivani to wear this dress some other day and to wear a proper traditional dress tomorrow as she and Annapurna will have guests for the engagement ceremony tomorrow.
Agastya, Imlie, Shivani and Sonali quietly go to the kitchen and make Maggi. Karan joins them. Imlie asks Shivani if Avinash had a girlfriend before. Shivani shows her the pictures of her many girlfriends and says that she has no problem with her past and even she has no problem with her past, but Annapurna is creating problems. Imlie jokes that when a couple is ready, a third person is having problems.
They all enjoy Maggi when Agastya and Imlie’s bickering starts again and Agastya shouts. Annapurna walks towards the kitchen. They all hide. Annapurna catches them and scolds Imlie again and says that once Shivani gets married, she will not let Imlie stay in her house. She raises questions on Shivani’s wrong upbringing etc.
Shivani breaks down, Imlie consoles her.
The next day the engagement rituals started. Shivani wears the same sleeveless dress. Navya gets angry seeing her wearing that dress. He and Vishwa find an intimate picture of Shivani with her lover.
Precap: Navya breaks the alliance saying that she does not want to be associated with a disgraced family. Annapurna curses Imlie and asks her to leave her house. Imlie requests Agastya to trust her. Agastya says he took a decision.
