Atharv scolds Imlie for being negligent about Carrie’s safety. Imlie breaks down and says that Carrie is also her daughter, so first let her hug Carrie. She hugs Imlie and apologizes for not being around her. Rudra says Imlie has always been careful towards everyone. Devika says that they will visit Kairi daily, but Imlie should be around Kairi whenever he is not around. Imlie says she will quit her job. Shivani says there is no need as they know she can handle both work and Carrie perfectly. She asks Atharv what did he say to Imlie. Atharv asks Imlie to fight and wipes her tears. Bolna mahi bolna.. song plays in the background. Imlie calms down. Kairi excitedly says that their fight is over and asks Atharv if Imlie also fights. Atharv says she does this without crying. Imlie goes to wash her face.
Devika scolds Atharv for making Imlie cry. Atharv asks Devika to feed sweet curd to Imlie before leaving for work. Shivani requests him to feed sweet curd to Imlie. Imlie gets ready for work and walks out. Shivani asks him for sweet curd and asks Atharv to feed it. Atharv hesitates and asks Devika to feed him. Devika does so and says that Imlie will get great success in her job. Imlie joins the office and works hard throughout the week nights while Atharv spends quality time with Carrie. The song Badal pe paav ha.. is playing in the background. On Sunday, Kairi wakes up Imlie. Imlie sees her ready and says her baby has grown so much that she herself got ready. Kairi says Atharv is taking her out today. Imlie thinks that Atharv knows that it is his day off and wants to spend time with Carrie, yet he wants to take her out.
Atharv comes inside. Imlie says today is Sunday, his weekly off, so he can return home. Atharv says he had forgotten and came early in the morning. Imlie says he can go home now. Kairi says Atharv is taking her out for a picnic. Imlie sends Kairi inside. Atharv says that no one can stop him from taking his daughter. Imlie says that he did the same thing 5 years ago and took Kairi away from her without informing her. Atharv says she always reminds him of this. His argument continues. Imlie says that she will not let her take Carrie with her as a punishment. Kairi comes back and requests them not to fight because of her and convinces Imlie to go on a picnic with them. Imlie agrees and gets ready. Their bickering continues. Carrie says she is getting late for the picnic. Atharv’s phone rings, and he asks Immy to take out the phone from her pocket as he is carrying Carrie. Imlie tries to take out the phone. Atharv laughs. Kairi says he didn’t tell any joke, then why is he laughing. He says that his mother is tickling him.
Imlie finally picks up the phone and accepts the call. Devika asks them not to step out of the house as there is heavy rain and waterlogging in the city. They have agreed. Rudra and Devika hope that with Carrie’s intervention, their differences will soon be resolved and they will be reunited. Shivani also has the same hope. Atharv sees the rain from the window. Imlie goes to him and keeps her hand near his hand. He smiles and says mom was right that they should not go out. Imlie says that Sita Maiya spoiled her Sunday. Carrie asks Atharv if they will not go for a picnic. Atharv says they will enjoy picnic at home. Electricity goes off. Atharv decorates the house with show lights and candles. Carrie likes this. Imlie again complains that he ruined her Sunday. Their argument starts again. Carrie asks if they are fighting again. They say no. He asks Imlie if they can spend even a day without fighting for the sake of Kairi. he agrees.

कैरी की सुरक्षा को लेकर लापरवाही बरतने के लिए अथर्व ने इमली को कोसा। इमली टूट जाती है और कहती है कि कैरी भी उसकी बेटी है, इसलिए पहले उसे कैरी को गले लगाने दो। वह इमली को गले लगाती है और उसके आसपास न होने के लिए माफी मांगती है। रुद्र का कहना है कि इमली हमेशा सभी के प्रति सावधान रही है। देविका कहती है कि वे रोजाना कैरी का दौरा करेंगे, लेकिन जब भी वे आसपास नहीं होंगे तो इमली को कैरी के आसपास रहना चाहिए। इमली कहती है कि वह अपनी नौकरी छोड़ देगी। शिवानी कहती है कि इसकी कोई ज़रूरत नहीं है क्योंकि वे जानते हैं कि वह काम और कैरी दोनों को पूरी तरह से संभाल सकती है। वह अथर्व से पूछती है कि वह इमली को क्या कहता है। अथर्व इमली से लड़ने के लिए कहता है और इमली के आँसू पोंछता है। बैकग्राउंड में बोलना माही बोलना.. गाना बजता है। इमली शांत हो गई। कैरी उत्साह से कहती है कि उनकी लड़ाई खत्म हो गई है और अथर्व से पूछती है कि क्या इमली भी लड़ती है। अथर्व का कहना है कि वह बिना रोए ऐसा करती है। इमली अपना चेहरा धोने जाती है।
देविका इमली को रुलाने के लिए अथर्व को डांटती है। अथर्व देविका से काम पर जाने से पहले इमली को मीठा दही खिलाने के लिए कहता है। शिवानी उससे इमली को मीठा दही खिलाने का आग्रह करती है। इमली काम के लिए तैयार होकर बाहर निकलती है। शिवानी उससे मीठा दही मांगती है और अथर्व से उसे खिलाने के लिए कहती है। अथर्व झिझकता है और देविका से उसे खाना खिलाने के लिए कहता है। देविका ऐसा करती है और कहती है कि इमली को अपनी नौकरी में बड़ी सफलता मिलेगी। इमली ऑफिस ज्वाइन करती है और पूरे हफ्ते रात में कड़ी मेहनत करती है जबकि अथर्व कैरी के साथ क्वालिटी टाइम बिताता है। बैकग्राउंड में बादल पे पांव हा.. गाना बज रहा है। रविवार को कैरी ने इमली को जगाया। इमली उसे तैयार देखती है और कहती है कि उसका बच्चा इतना बड़ा हो गया है कि वह खुद तैयार हो गई। कैरी का कहना है कि अथर्व आज उसे बाहर ले जा रहा है। इमली सोचती है कि अथर्व जानता है कि आज उसकी छुट्टी है और वह कैरी के साथ समय बिताना चाहता है, फिर भी वह कैरी को बाहर ले जाना चाहता है।
अथर्व अंदर आता है। इमली कहती है कि आज रविवार है, उसकी साप्ताहिक छुट्टी है, इसलिए वह घर लौट सकता है। अथर्व का कहना है कि वह भूल गया था और सुबह जल्दी आ गया। इमली का कहना है कि वह अब घर जा सकता है। कैरी का कहना है कि अथर्व उसे पिकनिक के लिए बाहर ले जा रहा है। इमली कैरी को अंदर भेजती है। अथर्व कहता है कि उसे उसकी बेटी को ले जाने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता। इमली का कहना है कि उसने 5 साल पहले भी ऐसा ही किया था और कैरी को बिना बताए उससे दूर ले गया था। अथर्व का कहना है कि वह हमेशा उसे यही याद दिलाती है। उनका तर्क जारी है. इमली कहती है कि वह सजा के तौर पर उसे कैरी को अपने साथ नहीं ले जाने देगी। कैरी वापस आती है और उनसे अनुरोध करती है कि वे उसकी वजह से न लड़ें और इमली को उनके साथ पिकनिक पर जाने के लिए मना लेती है। इमली सहमत हो जाती है और तैयार हो जाती है। उनकी नोकझोंक जारी है. कैरी का कहना है कि उन्हें पिकनिक के लिए देर हो रही है। अथर्व का फोन बजता है, और वह इमी से अपनी जेब से फोन निकालने के लिए कहता है क्योंकि वह कैरी को ले जा रहा है। इमली फोन निकालने की कोशिश करती है। अथर्व हंसता है. कैरी का कहना है कि उसने कोई चुटकुला नहीं कहा, फिर वह क्यों हंस रहा है। वह कहता है कि उसकी माँ उसे गुदगुदी कर रही है।
इमली अंततः फोन उठाती है और कॉल स्वीकार करती है। देविका उनसे घर से बाहर न निकलने के लिए कहती है क्योंकि शहर में भारी बारिश और जलभराव है। वे सहमत है। रुद्र और देविका को उम्मीद है कि कैरी के हस्तक्षेप से उनके मतभेद जल्द ही दूर हो जाएंगे और वे फिर से एक हो जाएंगे। शिवानी को भी यही उम्मीद है. अथर्व खिड़की से बारिश देखता है। इमली उसके पास जाती है और अपना हाथ उसके हाथ के पास रखती है। वह मुस्कुराता है और कहता है कि माँ सही कह रही थी कि उन्हें बाहर नहीं जाना चाहिए। इमली कहती है कि सीता मैया ने उसका रविवार खराब कर दिया। कैरी अथर्व से पूछती है कि क्या वे पिकनिक पर नहीं जाएंगे। अथर्व का कहना है कि वे घर पर पिकनिक का आनंद लेंगे। बिजली चली जाती है. अथर्व घर को शो लाइटों और मोमबत्तियों से सजाता है। कैरी को यह पसंद है. इमली फिर से शिकायत करती है कि उसने उसका रविवार खराब कर दिया। उनकी बहस फिर शुरू हो जाती है. कैरी पूछती है कि क्या वे फिर से लड़ रहे हैं। वे कहते हैं नहीं. वह इमली से पूछता है कि क्या वे कैरी की खातिर बिना लड़े एक दिन भी बिता सकते हैं। वह इससे सहमत हैं।
प्रीकैप: कैरी के लापता होने पर अथर्व और इमली उसे खोजते हैं। शर्मा कैरी का अपहरण कर लेता है।
