Imlie 5th November 2023 Episode starts with Agastya picks up Imlie and takes her to his room. Amma ji comes to the room to ask about Imlie. Agasgya tells Amma ji that Imlie is fine. Amma ji asks Imlie to wear slippers and asks both of them to come down as she wants to discuss something important with all the family members.
Amma ji announces that she has decided to send Sonali back to her in-laws’ house, to which Rajini agrees. Amma ji tells that Agastya is handling the business and Sonali is always behind him. Amma ji says that once all the shares are transferred to Agastya’s name, Sonali will be sent back to her in-laws’ house. Rajni tells Sonali that they are doing this for her welfare as the society will think bad about her.
Amma ji asks Agastya for his opinion and he says that if his sister is happy in her in-laws’ house, then she should go today and he will send the things later. Amma ji asks Imlie for her opinion as she is now a part of the family. Imlie tells Amma ji that she came to get her punishment, but she found a voice to speak and she says she doesn’t want to insult it by not speaking. Imlie tells Amma ji how it is said that a girl’s funeral pyre starts from her in-laws’ house. Sonali gets disappointed and leaves from there.
Sonali stops and hears Imlie telling Amma ji that the society has made a girl an object who becomes a burden on them. Amma ji tells Imlie that she never considered Sonali as a burden. Amma ji tells Imlie that she wants Sonali to take care of her in-laws house. Imlie asks Amma ji why she is sending Sonali away. Imlie tells Amma ji that she wants Sonali to have the freedom to come whenever she wants.
Amma ji tells Imle that she should become her aunt and not her daughter-in-law. Amma ji tells Sonali that she will not take away her freedom but she has to understand that she is married and has responsibilities on her shoulders. Amma ji tells Sonali that the relationship between husband and wife is deeper than blood relation and blesses her.
Agastya remembers what Imlie had said to Amma ji about Sonali. Imlie remembers what Amma ji had said about husband-wife relationship. Imlie knocks the door and Agastya pulls her into the room. Agastya tells Imlie that he has stopped Sonali because once Sonali leaves, he will not need her and his allowance will stop. Agastya tells Imlie that she is only earning this money.
Imlie tells Agastya that he is selfish. Imlie tells Agastya that Sonali is her sister and Agastya does not want to listen to her. Agastya asks Imlie to get out of his room. Imlie keeps knocking on the door. Imlie sees Rajni coming upstairs and is scared of being seen outside the room with the pillow and blanket. Imlie hears crying. Sonali bursts into tears remembering what Amma ji had said about the shares and returning back to her in-laws’ house.
Imlie wants to know who is crying. Imlie again hides from Rajni but sees Noyonika standing in front of her. Noyonika assures Imlie that she will not tell anyone about their fights. Agastya asks Noyonika not to interfere in their matter and takes Imlie back to the room. Agastya pushes Imlie into the room again and tells her why she is roaming downstairs. Agastya and Imlie start arguing.
Agastya tells Imlie that she doesn’t know anything about the substance. Agastya tells Imlie that he does not want to spend even a second with her in this room and Imlie says that she is not ready to spend even a second with him. Agastya tells Imlie that they have done contract marriage for money so follow the terms and conditions.
