Atharv looks at Imlie and Carrie’s pictures and remembers Imlie’s words that they are divorced and there is no relationship anymore. Devika walks in with Shivani and Rudra and tells Shivani that she knew he would live with Imlie and Kairi’s memories. Atharv says that due to his mistakes his family is getting away from him. Shivani asks what did he do now. Atharv narrates yesterday’s incident. Shivani says first he loved Imlie a lot and then he hated her a lot, now he needs to draw a line. Rudra says that her actions are hurting Imlie more than helping. Devika says Rudra is right, he entered Imlie’s house through the window, but Imlie will be blamed like she blamed Imlie when Atharv left the house. Atharv says Imlie has lost her job and her financial condition is not good, he is worried for her and Carrie. Devika says Imlie will not accept her financial help and find a job somehow, she should think how to pacify him and apologize to him. She gives him jamun fruit and asks him to give it to Carrie.
Imlie attends a job interview and apologizes to the interviewer for being late as she had to drop her daughter at a park. She shows her certificates to the interviewer describing her experience as an intern of Bhaskar Times and CEO of D and R Rana Transport. The interviewer says that he is absolutely fit for the job and asks about his family. Imlie says that she is a divorcee and a single mother. Interviewer says that he cannot give her this job as she will be busy in taking care of her daughter and will not be able to give her 100% in her job. Imlie says she will manage. He says that like today, she will be late most of the time trying to take care of her daughter. Imlie leaves from there disappointed. She returns to Society Park. Carrie says that the Society is holding a race for fathers on Father’s Day and she wants Monkey Pa to participate. Imlie says she will attend instead of Paa. The neighboring aunties taunt Imlie and say that she cannot participate in this. Society’s secretary supports Imlie and enters Imlie’s name in the race. Then he tries to flirt with her. Imlie leaves from there with Carrie.
Imlie sees Atharv waiting for them, sends Carrie home and goes to Atharv. She asks when will he learn from his mistakes; If he comes to him uninvited, people will speak ill of him. He sees a child asking his father to participate in tomorrow’s race and thinks that only Cari’s monkey Pa will win the race tomorrow.
At night, Imlie sings lullabies and puts Kairi to sleep. She then goes to prepare breakfast for Carrie. Kairi wakes up and calls her monkey Pa from Imlie’s mobile. She tells him that she could not sleep even after Imlie sang a lullaby for her and once Imlie went to the kitchen, she called him. She says that she needs both mom and dad and cannot choose between them; She asks him to sing lullaby for her. She sings a little cute little song. Carrie falls asleep. Imlie gets emotional seeing this.

अगले भाग में: अथर्व कैरी से पूछता है कि वह उदास क्यों है। कैरी का कहना है कि हर किसी के पिता समाज के फादर्स डे की दौड़ में भाग लेंगे, लेकिन उसके पिता ऐसा नहीं कर सकते। इमली कहती है कि वह करेगी। कैरी कहती है कि वह माँ है और पा की जगह नहीं ले सकती।
