Today’s Meet 16th September 2023 episode starts with Pakistani General Bilawal Ali Hussain telling the Indian man that he will curse his country whenever his cricketer hits a four or a six, otherwise he will hit the man with the bat.Another inspector holds the mobile and the commentary says how India has hit a four in the match which makes everyone stare at the Indian guy.The General asks the man to repeat that India will lose the match but the man with joy on his face shouts that India will definitely win.
However, the man falls to the ground as the General hits him with the bat after which the match ends with India’s victory leading to an angry outburst.Shlok holds Akki tightly in his arms, while the Pakistani public throws and breaks their TVs in anger after seeing the result of the match.The Indian man laughs at the inspectors and says that India has won, which makes the General’s blood boil and he brutally attacks the man on the head, killing him.
Shlok is shocked to see this scene and gets worried as he sees the inspectors bringing his wanted poster as an Indian spy.The General asked his men to stick posters everywhere in the city as he would hang the spy in front of everyone after finding him.Shlok asks himself why he is being considered a spy and gets worried thinking of ways through which he can get out of there safely.
Meanwhile, Sumeet meets Pakistani embassy officials and asks them why Shlok is rumored to be a spy as he and his nephew accidentally reached there.The officer says that when another officer comes and gives photographs of a dead Indian person, it is very difficult to explain the matter to Pakistani officials.Sumeet remembers seeing the man’s wife outside and comforts him when she is completely heartbroken upon hearing the news of her husband’s death.
Seeing the condition of people in Pakistan, Sumeet decides that if needed, she will go to Pakistan because even God cannot stop her from reaching Shlok and bringing him back.On the other hand, Shlok sees his wanted posters pasted on every wall and hides his face with a handkerchief when the General and his officer move towards him.However, they push him out of their way with their police sticks and pass by, prompting Shlok to relieve Akki, saying that he is hungry and wants jalebi.
Shlok hides behind an auto rickshaw with Akki after seeing a group of men passing by and searches his pockets for some money but finds only an earring belonging to Sumeet.Looking at the earring with loving eyes, Shlok said that Sumeet is with him, even though he is not physically present.Meanwhile, Sumeet notices that some people are taking visas on special permits as they have to perform in Pakistan and asks them if she can also go with them.
One of them leaves after seeing the terrible news of the death of an Indian man in Pakistan and Sumeet says that she can fill his place as she is able to play the dholak.Sumeet shows off her drumming skills outside the building which impresses the band members and they ask her why she is so eager to go to Pakistan.Sumeet tells them about Shlok being there by mistake and says that she has to go to Pakistan to bring her husband back.
