Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 5th November 2023 episode starts with Kashvi comes to Arjun’s house to take Nayanthara’s photo. She enters Arjun’s room. She cries remembering the moments spent with Arjun. She talks to Arjun’s photo. She apologizes to him. She feels that she failed to save her relationship. She asks him to be happy with the person he loves. She asks Bijli to take care of Arjun. She takes Nayanthara’s photo. She writes a timetable for Arjun (title song plays in the background). She asks the servant to give the timetable to Arjun.
He finds the keys to Grandfather’s post office locker. She thinks Nitya is behind the attack. She decides to collect evidence against Nitya. She opens the locker and sees the pendrive and letter. She goes to her car and plays the pendrive.
Arjun asks Bijli if Bijli misses him. He thinks Kashvi came there and tells Mahima about it. The servant gives the timetable to Arjun. He tells her everything. Arjun tells Mahima that Kashvi cares about her so she has prepared the timetable for her. He says that he still believes that Kashvi was inside the cold storage with him.
Mahima asks him if he thinks he has lied. He tells her that he said what he felt. He says that he realized that life is short and he should not give importance to hatred and fighting. He tells her that he will give Kashvi another chance. He decides to confess his feelings to Kashvi. Mahima thinks Arjun will foil her plan. She asks him to eat before leaving. She convinces him to drink the soup. She goes to the kitchen and says that she will not let Arjun meet Kashvi.
Kashvi tells herself that Nitya is the real culprit and Nitya killed Samrat because she came to know his truth. She decides to tell Nitya’s truth to Arjun. She calls Arjun but Mahima disconnects the call. She sends him a message. Mahima gives soup to Arjun. Arjun felt dizzy. Mahima tells him that he should rest as the doctor has given him heavy medicine. He loses his consciousness. He remembers how he had mixed something in the soup. She smiles.
Later, Kashvi meets Arjun and tells him that he must know the truth. She tells him that Nitya is the real culprit. She says that Nitya is the one who killed grandfather. And Samrat came to know Nitya’s truth so Nitya killed Samrat and Nayanthara. She tells that Nitya and Shehnaz used to take bribe. She tells him that she has found evidence against Nitya in grandfather’s locker. She asks him why he is not saying anything.
When Nitya turns around she is shocked. Nitya tells Kashvi that she is not a fool who will let Kashvi tell the truth to Arjun. She recalls how Mahima had shown her Kashvi’s message. She decides to kill Kashvi. She destroys the evidence. Kashvi scolds him.
