Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 9th November 2023 episode starts with Mahima calls the doctor and thanks him for lying in the court, and asks how will you give the pregnancy report. The doctor says she has a report that she wanted, and asks her to come with Arjun in the evening, and says she will show him this report. Mahima asks whose report will you give me. Doctor says this is my job and I will handle it well, and asks her not to worry. She asks him to bring money.

She ends the call and thinks she will give Kashvi’s report as Mahima’s report and she will become rich because of them. Mahima thinks of taking Arjun there and showing him the report. Dadi tells that she is very happy to know about her pregnancy and asks her about Arjun. She says Arjun will know. Kashvi says doctor called me for sonography and then I will think about talking about him. Mahima tells Arjun that today she is going for sonography and tells that the doctor has asked her to come with the baby’s father. Arjun says okay, I will come with you, after all this child is also mine. She thinks she can use this fake baby to make him dance to her tune.

Arjun and Mahima come to the hospital for sonography. Receptionist asks Arjun to fill the form. Kashvi comes there with grandmother hiding her face. Arjun feels Kashvi and then looks at her. He thinks that he will not let her go away from him. He bumps into the peon and then goes after the wrong girl. He thinks she was 100 percent Kashvi. Doctor does sonography of Kashvi and says this is your child. Kashvi gets emotional and starts crying.

Mahima asks Arjun why he left her and came here. Arjun says I have come to see Kashvi. Mahima wonders if Kashvi is here, and tells that he has come here with her. She accuses him of running after her and then running after Kashvi. Arjun says I was never after you and says he will come with him. They go to the doctor’s cabin. Doctor asks Mahima to come and asks Arjun to sit there. Mahima goes inside and the doctor shows the fake report which is in her name. She becomes happy and gives him the money. Doctor says everything is fine so that Arjun can listen to him. She comes out and gives the report to Arjun, saying his wife is pregnant for a month.

Arjun sees the sonography report and thinks this baby will be Kashvi and his child. He thinks he has to take some decisions. Kashvi thinks of telling Arjun about the baby the next day. She comes to his house the next day and finds the house decorated and guests waiting. She wonders what is happening here? She hears Pandit ji chanting mantras, and sees the bride and groom. She wonders who is getting married? Pandit ji asks the groom to remove his hair for tilak.

Arjun shakes his head and Pandit ji applies tilak on his forehead. Seeing this, tears come to her eyes and she thinks that I came to tell him the truth, but he is marrying someone else. She thinks she can’t tell him now, and thinks him moving on so fast means you were never mine. Pandit ji asks the bride to remove her veil so that the groom can fill her mang with vermillion.

He imagines Kashvi and fills Mahima’s demand with vermillion. Kashvi does not look at the bride and turns her face away and starts crying badly. Arjun remembers his marriage with Kashvi and makes her wear mangalsutra. Pandit ji says the marriage is over. Kashvi comes out and tells that she cannot meet the child with its father and says I will give you so much that you will never remember your father.

After 8 months, grandmother asks Kashvi not to lift heavy things and says she will do the work. She wonders why Arjun did this? She thinks that if Arjun had not left her then Kashvi and her child would not be worried today. Kashvi suffers labor pain. Grandma called the hospital and asked to send an ambulance.

Mahima is exercising with Arjun in class. She asks Arjun to help her as she is pregnant and asks him to wear her shoes. She thinks that Arjun did not know about her fake pregnancy and thinks of gifting him a baby as a thank you to Dr. Payal. Romila comes and hugs Mahima. She says your fake belly is coming out. She fixes it. Mahima thinks how did she know that I am not pregnant. She says I am hungry.

Arjun says I will bring something and leaves. Romila tells Mahima that she knows her, and says if you had not done this then Arjun would not have married you. She says I am sure you have done something to fool Kashvi and Arjun. She says you are enjoying here and Kashvi is hiding her face here and there while she is actually pregnant. Mahima is shocked.

Precap: In the hospital, Kashvi goes into labor while Mahima pretends to be pregnant. Later the boy with the truck Mama screams as soon as he comes in front of me. Kashvi, Arjun and Mahima reach there and are shocked.
