Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 8th November 2023 episode starts with lady constable tells Nitya that someone has come to meet her. Nitya thinks Arjun might have come to meet her and she might have forgiven her. She goes out and sees Mahima. She asks where is Arjun? Mahima asks him to sit and rest first. She says how will he come, he hasn’t forgiven you yet. She says I have come to ask for your help. Nitya asks how can I help you sitting here in jail. Mahima says you can help me and yourself also.
She says that Arjun is stuck in thoughts of Kashvi and is feeling guilty and betrayed ever since she left him. Nitya asks how will this help me. Mahima says if you help me, I will hire the best lawyer and make the case in your favor. She says if Arjun agrees to marry me then I will convince him to get you out of jail.
Nitya says she has a plan. Kashvi comes to grandmother. Dadi asks how long will we hide, and says we have been hiding for a month. Kashvi says tomorrow is Nitya’s last hearing and says I asked Chandra sir to transfer me to another city, and not to tell Arjun or anyone about him. She says then we will leave from here. Dadi asks how will she leave Arjun. Kashvi says that there is no relation left between them.
Arjun finds his shirt button broken and gets upset. Mahima comes there and says she will stitch it. Arjun asks her not to come in front of him and asks should I remind you what you have done. Mahima says whatever happened is mutual and says why are you ignoring me when we have become intimate. She says he is her first love. Arjun says that he doesn’t care about her and doesn’t love her even zero percent. Mahima says whatever I do you will still love and care for me?
In the court, the judge declared Nitya guilty and ruled that Nitya would have to remain in jail for 20 years. Kashvi thinks now everyone’s soul will find peace, and thinks of leaving the court before Arjun sees her. Mahima thinks he is searching for Kashvi, and thinks of starting and taking action, and pretends to be unconscious. She recalls Nitya’s plan to bring the doctor and some women to taunt her after the fake doctor confirms her pregnancy. And then Arjun will agree to marry her.
Mahima says once Arjun agrees, she will convince him to get her out of jail. Facebook is over. Nitya acts and asks if there is any doctor here. A woman comes and says she is a doctor. She checks Mahima and says she is pregnant. Arjun is surprised. Nitya asks how Mahima can get pregnant, as she is not married yet. The woman describes being pregnant before marriage as shameless and asks who will marry her.
Another woman says that her child will be called illegitimate. The third woman says that now her and her child’s life will be ruined. The second woman asks who is the father of her child? Mahima pretends to regain consciousness. The woman says you are going to be a mother and asks whose sin is this? Mahima says this is not a sin. The other woman says we will catch that man.
Mahima looks at Arjun and then says I can’t tell. The other woman asks him to tell and calls him characterless. Nitya tells Arjun to accept what he has done and provokes him to say that he is the father of the child. The woman says that Arjun has married Kashvi and this child is illegitimate. Arjun says that he is the father of the child and soon he will marry Mahima. He says I have made a mistake and I will repent it. Jagdish asks what are you saying?
Arjun says yes papa, I don’t love her and I don’t have any feelings for her, but I am doing this for this child who has not come into this world. He says I will marry Mahima for this child. As per the plan the woman apologizes to Arjun and they all leave. Mahima becomes happy. Jagdish and Arjun left from there. Nitya stops Mahima and says Arjun has promised to marry you, now it is your turn to get me out of jail. Mahima says I can’t help you, only God can help you. Nitya says you can’t cheat me, I will take revenge and won’t leave you.
Kashvi is walking on the road and says she is feeling divided into two parts, one part wants to talk to Arjun and the other part does not want to talk to Arjun because of what he has done to Mahima. She says I will go far away from here, and leave the city, so that we cannot see each other’s face. She says I will forget Arjun and go away from here. Suddenly she becomes unconscious and falls in front of the car of the same doctor who lied about Mahima’s pregnancy. The doctor takes Kashvi in her car.
In the hospital, Kashvi regains consciousness and says you are pregnant. Kashvi is shocked and cold storeRecalls getting closer to Arjun in the age room. The doctor asked her to call her husband here. Kashvi cries and says I want to surprise her. The doctor asked her to come there for sonography, stay positive and be happy.

Later Arjun and Mahima sit for the wedding, when Kashvi comes there covering her face and gets shocked.
