Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) episode starts with Armaan hoping for the phone to work and Abhira wishing for Akshara to pick the call.Arman gets distracted by his phone which results in an accident when Abhira becomes blind.Arman and Abhira acknowledge each other’s presence and start pointing fingers at each other for the accident.Meanwhile, Abhira gets a message from Akshara saying that she is working now and Armaan also gets a message asking about her whereabouts.
Abhira tells Armaan to enjoy his stay in Mussoorie and hopes that they never meet again.At Goenka’s, Swarna asks Ruhi about her date.Ruhi recalls how Armaan helped her but tells her family that the date was canceled as she had to do some important work.Aabhira insists on knowing who is Yuvraj’s lawyer but Akshara tries to convince her to focus on the case and not on the other side’s lawyer.Meanwhile, uncle calls Jagraj and asks him not to tell the whole truth to Arman otherwise he will not take the case.
Arman starts working on his case and collects information from Yuvraj and his driver.They presented a fabricated story to Arman that the driver was drunk and the accident happened due to drunk driving.Arman asked the driver for his phone but did not find anything suspicious so he returned it.At the same time, the driver gets a notice from Jagraj about Rs 10 lakh being deposited in his account, but Armaan does not pay attention to this.
Yuvraj put all the blame on the opposition and asked Armaan to talk to the aggrieved party.Armaan agrees and asks who is the other side’s lawyer, to which Yuvraj takes Akshara’s nameHe asks his office colleague to check the driver’s financial history as he is still not confident in trusting him.The media asks Armaan for updates on Yuvraj’s case while Abhira is disappointed to see Armaan as Yuvraj’s lawyer.
At the Goenka house, Ruhi’s friend tries to convince her that Armaan is not the right guy for her and that she should let him go.Ruhi tells her friend that Armaan is a nice guy and she is sure he will call her soon.Meanwhile, Fufa Sa calls Armaan and asks about the other side’s lawyer, and knowing that it is Akshara, he concludes that it should be easy for Armaan to defeat her.Armaan says it will not be that easy as Akshara is a very good lawyer.
Later, Armaan visits Akshara and tries to convince her that she will lose the case but Akshara replies that if she loses to her student then she will count it as a victory.Meanwhile, the opposition team goes to meet Akshara to further their objectives, leading Armaan to believe that Yuvraj was actually right about the opposition framing the case.Arman decides to call Ruhi but is interrupted by a man who hands him the CCTV footage from the accident site but the footage reveals nothing.
Yuvraj is confused about the matter and orders to investigate the history of Yuvraj and Jagraj.Akshara realizes that Abhira is rehearsing what she will say in the court if she is blamed for Yuvraj’s advances and calms her down.In the court, Armaan asks for blessings from Akshara for the case and Akshara tells him that truth should prevail and he gets blessings.Armaan tries to call Ruhi but she stops when Abhira taunts Armaan about earning money by taking the case to the wrong side.
Abhira moves the pen to write but the ink gets on Arman’s shirt.In the court, Armaan tries to prove that the driver was actually driving the car at the time of the accident, but Akshara appeals to the court to present an eyewitness for the case.
