Today’s Anupama episode starts with Anupama reaching Shah’s house in her car and going inside the house to see Leela and Hasmukh.Anupama is shocked to enter the bedroom and sees Leela and Hasmukh lying unconscious on the floor holding each other’s hands.Without wasting even a moment, Anupama runs to them and bends down to check the situation, just then Hasmukh opens his eyes and starts crying miserably, while Leela also regains consciousness.
Meanwhile, Anuj and Malti Devi try to calm Anu down and convince her to drink some soup but Anu says that she needs to be with Anupama.Anuj says that Anupama will be back in some time and asks Anu to have some soup but Anu says that Anupama has broken her promise to stay with him.Malti Devi says that Anupama does not need to be a babysitter for Leela as she is an adult and has her own family members but Anuj says that the condition of the Shah family is not good.
However, Anuj falls into deep thought as Malti Devi says that Anupama is putting her feet in the boats at the same time which will destroy both the ends.Elsewhere, when Leela and Hasmukh both cry, Anupama sees them and Leela tells Anupama that she could not control herself and got her clothes dirty.Anupama helps Hasmukh to sit on the chair after which she takes Leela to the washroom and changes her clothes.
After Hasmukh and Leela calm down a bit, Anupama sprays medicine on Hasmukh’s bent leg and makes him laugh by saying different things.Meanwhile, Malti Devi says that Anuj has to do everything while Anupama has no time for Anu. Then Pakhi comes and tells Malti Devi that she is not fit to give advice to others on parenting.Pakhi says that Malti Devi and Barkha only gossip and plot all day long after which she asks Barkha to keep quiet as she doesn’t deserve any respect.
Malti Devi vows that she will throw out all unnecessary people from Anuj’s life, while Kavya and Dimple return home and feel guilty for not being there when Leela and Hasmukh needed them.Anupama sits with Leela and Hasmukh for some time after which she leaves to stay with Anu and Kavya-Dimpy come to join them.After returning, Anupama tries her best to entertain Anu by making her wear masks and giving her balloons and succeeds in getting forgiveness from Anu as she left suddenly.
Anupama checks the report and finds everything fine, while Romil is also relieved to know that Anu is absolutely fine.Romil tells Anupama about his childhood memory when he was ill for several days with no one to take care of him which makes Anupama emotional and she reassures Romil that she is with him.Anupama hugs Romil and Romil says that he will miss everyone a lot after he leaves, asks Anupama not to keep Malti Devi with her as she will separate her from Anuj.
