Today’s Bhagya Lakshmi episode starts with Rishi crying bitterly in front of the idol of God and remembering the good times spent with Lakshmi.He then watches Lakshmi through the glass window as she is being given shock therapy.Lakhmi is crying hysterically in pain due to which he breaks in and starts removing everything from her.The nurse asks him to stop and not interrupt the operation but he does not listen and takes Lakshmi in his arms.
Lakshmi cries in pain saying she wants to go as she can’t bear it anymore and complains that she promised it wouldn’t harm her but it is killing her.Rishi starts crying with her and hugs her and says that now he will not let her go through this painful treatment.The nurse says that treatment is necessary but Rishi shouts at her and says that he will not let Lakshmi suffer.Meanwhile, Rano is worried about Lakshmi as she knows that now everyone will abandon her.
She keeps saying that maybe Rishi will agree to live with Lakshmi but Neelam will never agree to this.Back at the hospital, Rishi and Lakshmi walk out of the ward while the nurses try to stop him.The doctor tells Virendra that she can’t do anything now as Rishi is refusing treatment.Rishi says now he will take Lakshmi home and they all will treat her.Back at home, Sonia says that Lakshmi has gone mad and will never come back to normal.
Meanwhile, Karishma calls Virendra and gives the phone to Dadi.Virendra tells her that Lakshmi will not be treated in the hospital and hence they are bringing her home.Neelam and the others ask Dadi what happened and on knowing the truth, Sonia says that Lakshmi has gone mad.Malishka asks Sonia to shut up and then calms Dadi down to get into everyone’s good graces.Later, Malishka calls Abhay and gives him the good news which brings a smile on his face.
Abhay asks Malishka to come back home now but she refuses as she wants to have a good relationship with Rishi and wants to see Lakshmi’s life ruined.Meanwhile, Lakshmi and Rishi are going back home where he tells her that he will always be with her.Virendra thinks in his mind that he has failed as a father-in-law but he knows that Lakshmi will win this battle too and will live happily ever after.Back at the hospital, Ayush holds Bani as she loses her balance and starts crying.
Shalu hugs her and says that she has to be strong for her and everyone else, to which Bani asks why Lakshmi always suffers.However, Shalu says that Lakshmi’s luck is her real enemy, to which Bani says that she will kill the person who caused Lakshmi’s accident.Ayush calms both of them down and says that he has full faith in Lakshmi as he believes that his luck will change.
