Today’s Bhagya Lakshmi episode starts with Shalu and Ayush waiting for the truck driver to fall asleep.However, he gets up and goes to get the money as Shalu tells him that he might be thinking about running away.Both go and start fighting against Shambhu but he overpowers them and tells them that he did not do anything.Ayush does not believe him and Shambhu catches Shalu in a dangerous position by putting a rope around her neck and orders Ayush to tie her legs and hands.
Ayush willingly does this so that nothing happens to Shalu and Shambhu ties Shalu’s hands and makes her sit near Ayush.He sits in front of them and says that he knows that two people died after falling off a cliff and offers to tell them the truth in exchange for money.Ayush demands to hear the truth which angers Shambhu and Shambhu asks him to accept the truth.At the hospital, Malishka is walking towards Rishi’s room disguised as a doctor as she thinks that Lakshmi’s death is the only solution to keep Rishi.
Meanwhile, Karishma tries to convince the family to eat but Neelam refuses to eat without feeding her son and goes to meet her.She enters the room and asks the nurse when she sees the feeding tube in her hand and questions.The nurse refers to Rishi as a patient which angers Neelam after which the nurse apologizes to her and says that the tube is to give Rishi juice as he has arrived.On the other hand, Shambhu calls Virendra through Ayush’s call and demands money from him in exchange for the truth and for sparing Ayush and Shalu’s lives.
Virendra agrees and sits in his car with the bag full of money while Malishka sees Neelam coming towards her and hides.Meanwhile, the nurse informs the doctor that there has been no progress in Lakshmi’s condition, confirming his suspicion that Lakshmi’s brain cells have been damaged.The nurse brings Bani and the doctor asks her about Lakshmi’s medical history.Bani talks about many instances of Lakshmi where she risked her life to save Rishi and even suffered head injuries.
The doctor nods and tells Bani that the medicines are working slowly due to the multiple injuries on her head and tells her that if they don’t see any difference then they will increase her dosage the next day.Bani worriedly asks if Lakshmi will not regain consciousness today to which the doctor assures her that Lakshmi will wake up today itself.Furthermore, Bani goes to the washroom while Malishka takes advantage of this opportunity to enter Lakshmi’s hospital room.
Elsewhere, Shambhu gives indirect instructions to Virendra, confusing Ayush and Shalu.Shambhu tells them that he is doing this to mislead the police in case Virendra calls him.Malishka lies to the nurse and asks her to take leave as she will be staying with Lakshmi till her shift ends.The nurse leaves while Malishka angrily talks to the unconscious Lakshmi and says that she is really so thick skinned that she will not die even after so many efforts.
She says that her destiny has saved Rishi for her but Lakshmi still needs to die because Lakshmi’s destiny is over.She turns the oxygen tank and Lakshmi starts gasping for air and looks close to his face and tells him to see her face too when she dies.Meanwhile, Virendra reaches Shambhu’s house and demands him to tell the truth and take the money.Malishka removes the oxygen mask from Lakshmi’s face while Sonal tries to drive into the city.Shambhu asks Virendra to help him escape from the police without any harm and says that he is not the one who was driving the truck that killed Lakshmi and Rishi, to which Virendra agrees.
