Today’s Kumkum Bhagya episode starts with Grandpa getting excited hearing Purvi’s name but RV says he wants to go home as soon as the puja is over.Meanwhile, Ranbir is thinking about Prachi in his car when he sees Manpreet and Purvi from behind.Elsewhere, Pandit ji gives the sacred string to Ashutosh and Purvi and asks them to tie it around the sacred tree, however, Ashutosh gets a call and excuses himself.
RV also reaches there but is unable to see Purvi as she is standing on the opposite side of the tree, Pandit ji also gives him a rope to tie around the tree to which RV asks him why he is not chanting.Pandit ji replies that the mantra is chanted only when the puja is performed for a married couple.Both RV and Purvi start circling around the tree in turns without looking at each other and accidentally end up worshiping the couple together, while being completely unaware of it.
Purvi learns that Ashutosh is not there and gets upset as he did not perform the ritual which was very important for their marriage.Meanwhile, Ranbir’s car breaks down and he tries to take a taxi when he sees Prachi leaving in her car.He shouts Prachi’s name and starts running behind the car but accidentally catches the wrong car and finds someone else in it.Elsewhere, Purvi notices RV’s grandfather and realizes that he is unable to breathe, she immediately runs to help him and gives him some water.
RV and Yug also come and get scared seeing Dada ji on the floor while RV gets shocked to see Purvi and calls her name in surprise.Grandfather immediately returns to normal when he learns that the girl who likes RV is Purvi.Purvi then shows the ring which RV made her wear and says that it is not coming out, RV holds her hand and takes out the ring himself.
Ashutosh sees this as soon as he arrives and accuses RV of being in love with her and he destroying her scooty.He then holds Purvi’s hand and takes her away while Dadiji tells RV that she likes the girl.Meanwhile, Ashutosh books a taxi and asks Manpreet and everyone else to sit inside while RV watches them go.On the way Ashutosh says that he will sue RV for breaking his scooter.Jasbir’s goon hears the news about Purvi’s marriage and decides to tell Jasbir about it.
Coming back home, RV scolds Grandfather for not taking care of himself after which Grandfather says that he likes Purvi a lot and he feels that RV and Purvi’s destiny is linked together.Meanwhile, guests come to Purvi’s house while Mamaji praises Prachi in front of Divya which makes her jealous.Khushi also enters and hugs Karishma after which she immediately asks about Purvi.Prachi applies a dot of black kajal on her neck while Khushi thanks her for making these arrangements for Purvi, however, she still feels that Ashutosh is not suitable for Purvi.Prachi thinks in her mind that she is missing Ranbir a lot today.
