Today’s Kumkum Bhagya episode starts with Prachi talking to the seller and telling him that this dupatta will look gorgeous on her Purvi.On the other hand, Purvi continues to help everyone in the house while Vishakha scolds her for doing her work at the last moment.Just then, Manpreet asks Purvi to come and be a part of the puja.Meanwhile, Prachi and Ashok come home with all the stuff for Diwali puja as Vishakha asks where is the picture of Ganesh and Lakshmi ji.
Prachi says she has bought a new vessel as anything new should come on Dhanteras and this will also make Lakshmi ji bless her Kumkum Bhagya catering service.Purvi opens the bronze vessel and gets happy seeing the carving of Ganesha and Lakshmi on it and shows it to Vishakha.However, Vishakha is not happy while Rhea comes to Prachi and says that she is the best.Riya, who is Divya’s daughter, is taunted by Vishakha that even though she is older, she has the mind of a small child.
Meanwhile, Purvi is called around for help as the entire house is busy preparing orders for 500 people.Just then, Purvi who helps their family hang clothes, sees Khushi and gets very excited.When Purvi tries to sprinkle water on Khushi’s face, both of them run around the house like crazy.While running, Khushi drops the puja plate in front of God, which Manpreet sees and scolds Khushi.
Khushi says that the plate was placed wrongly but Purvi apologizes on behalf of Khushi about which Manpreet tells Prachi and says that there is a lot of difference between Purvi and Khushi.However, Khushi stands her ground and says that she has not said anything wrong after which Manpreet reprimands her saying that ever since she got married in a rich house, her behavior has changed.This upsets Khushi while Vishakha scolds Manpreet for spoiling Khushi’s mood as she should be grateful to him as this big order came from her in-laws.
An angry Khushi goes to the other room with Vishakha and Purvi while Prachi asks Manpreet not to take stress as perhaps she was not able to give good upbringing to Khushi.In the room, Khushi grumbles that her mother doesn’t love her and because of her, Ranbir and Akshay died and Mihika had to stay in a mental asylum.This brings back old, painful memories in Vishakha’s mind while Purvi tries to cheer up Khushi.
Divya also tells Vishakha that the pillar of happiness is Purvi while Purvi’s pillar is Prachi after which Vishakha emotionally tells that in happiness she sees Akshay and Mihika.Later, Khushi learned that her order had been canceled and called her in-laws about it.Ashok feels stressed after hearing this news as everyone gets shocked as this loss will cost them lakhs.Khushi says that the order has been taken by another businessman and her in-laws cannot do anything in this matter.
Purvi suggests that they go and talk to this businessman directly while Prachi prays to Mata Rani to make everything fine.Ashok instructs Vishakha to go with Purvi to handle the conversation if anything goes wrong.At the office, Vishakha tells the receptionist that they are here to meet the boss, but when the receptionist refuses, Vishakha says that they will not eat her boss.Humble Purvi tells Vishakha to stay calm and decides to go and talk to the man herself.
