Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein (YHC) 12th October 2023 episode starts with Kashvi comes to Arjun and applies ointment on his hands. Yeh Hai Chahatein song plays…Arjun tells her that the digging machine has stopped working so Mahima gives the idea of digging the land by hand. Kashvi says good, but if you think you have done right by giving him job. Arjun says I think she has changed and says if she does a job then she will get a chance to forget that incident.
She says that this is a good opportunity for her and said that she wants to be independent. He says it will be good for the company also, if you don’t want then I will fire her. He gets a call and attends it. Kashvi feels that Arjun is also right. She comes out of the room and hears Nitya talking to Mahima. Mahima is acting and tells that when she worked on this site she became happy and got back her confidence which has been broken by Mohit. Kashvi hears her and thinks she will let Mahima work with her and won’t stop her. She thinks she trusts Arjun and leaves. Mahima and Nitya see him leaving. Mahima appreciates Nitya’s plan. Nitya says she heard Dadi and Kashvi and hence asked her to say all this, and says now Kashvi will not stop her.
Kashvi comes to Arjun. Arjun asks him if he thinks he should not have hired Mahima. Kashvi says no, and tells that this will help her forget the trauma and like you said, give a purpose to her life. Arjun says we are also thinking the same and tells that he is doing this because Mahima is his sister and says you love her and I love her. He says I know you. Kashvi says I have full faith in you.
Nitya tells Kashvi that she will have to go to jail. Kashvi asked jail? Nitya tells that she wants to inspire the prisoner women and that is why she will now have to go with the NGO women. Kashvi left. Nitya smiles. Suresh asked Arjun to have food. Arjun tells that he does not have time and has to go to the site. Mahima looks on.
Kashvi comes to jail with the women of the NGO. The jailer says she will take him to the prisoners. Aruna is taken from there on a stretcher and sees Kashvi. She calls him. Kashvi asks the ward boy to stop and asks what happened to him. Ward boy says heart attack. Aruna says she tried to talk to him, but he didn’t let her talk. The ward boy takes him from there. Kashvi takes permission from the jailer and goes after Aruna.
The officer tells Arjun that the setup is good. Arjun asks shall we accept that you have approved us. Officials say yes, you can proceed with the project. Mahima says I will leave you. All the workers congratulate him. Arjun asked Suresh to switch on the fan. Suresh says it is not working. Arjun asked him to get it repaired. Mahima brings tiffin and says she will eat. He asks how do you know I don’t have food. Mahima tells that she has eyes and has seen that he has no food. She asks him to eat for the safety of the staff, else he will get angry on them. She says she is also hungry. Arjun says let’s eat food. Mahima says she fooled Arjun and he believed her.
Kashvi comes out of the house. Aruna tells him that she did not kill Baba and her parents. She says a dying person can’t lie, and says I was right then too? Kashvi says all the evidence is against you. Aruna swears before her sons that she is not the murderer, and unable to bear the accusation, she suffers a heart attack. She asks him to come and meet her at the hospital and she will tell the truth. He has been taken in an ambulance. Kashvi messages the women of the NGO and leaves from there.
The officer comes back and tells Arjun that he forgot to tell him that he has to get environment ministry approval. Arjun says you gave permission. The officer says this is a government rule. Arjun became tensed. Mahima says I will get this permission for you and asks him to smile for her. Arjun says I can smile because of you. She says we have to go and finalize the machine. He says he is really grateful that she is with him. Mahima looks on.
Kashvi comes to the hospital. Doctor explains that it was a massive heart attack, she is not responding to treatment as if she doesn’t want to live and is taking the name of someone Kashvi. Kashvi says I am Kashvi. The doctor asks her to meet him. Kashvi goes inside and meets Aruna. Aruna says I want to tell you. She says I am innocent and swears on my children. She says I was accused of killing my baba for the sake of property, even though he had already made his “will” and my and Jagdish’s names were in the will. She says I am stubborn and selfish, but can’t hit anyone. She says why should I kill your parents Ungi and says I didn’t know him well. She says the real killer has created fake evidence against me, and asks to find out the truth.
Precap: Aruna asks him to fulfill her last wish and find out about the real killer. Kashvi promised him. Mahima says she has a meeting with the minister at 11 am. Nitya says you will not go at 11 am. Mahima asks why? Nitya says she has a great plan. Kashvi realized that Nitya was the murderer, she framed aunt and killed mom and dad.
