Today’s Anupama 10th October 2023 episode starts with Anupama comes to Dimpy and asks her to eat something. She says your child might be fussing due to hunger and asks him to eat food. Dimpy gets up from the bed and leaves. Anupama sees Samar’s clothes on the bed and says don’t worry, I will take care of Dimpy and the baby. She says I promised you, but I miss you a lot.

Later Anuj brings younger Anu to Shah house. Anupama sees him hugging her. Kinjal asks if Dimpy has food. Vanraj asks her to ask Samar to pay the electricity bill. He realizes and becomes silent. Dimpy sits alone and cries. Everyone comes and tries to calm him down. Anupama hugs Dimpy. Days are passing. Anuj is calm and thinks about Anupama. Anupama remembers Samar’s words while cooking in the kitchen and starts crying. She reminds Vanraj of accusing Anuj, just then Anuj comes there and stands outside. Anupama ignores him and leaves.
