Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 21st November 2023 episode starts with officer asks Arjun to go to Karun. Arjun says I will take her to the car. He picks up Kashvi and takes her to the car. The lady constable took the unconscious Kashvi away in the car. After this Arjun goes to Karun. Karun asks Arjun about aunty. Arjun thinks he will not tell her that he has been taken to the hospital. He tells that he is fine.
Karun tells that aunty saved him many times and she is very brave and fought the goons like a hero. Arjun says yes, he is very brave. Karun says he wants to thank him. Arjun says we will go home now, as everyone is worried. Karun says okay. Birji steals the inspector’s gun and pushes him. He locks her in the police van and runs away. Then he picks up the bike and thinks that no one can find him in his entire life. The inspector could not catch him and got worried.
The officer takes Kashvi to the hospital. The doctor asked him to wait outside, and said we will start his treatment and update you. The inspector calls his senior inspector and informs him that Birju has run away. Senior Inspector scolds him and asks him to sound red alert to catch Birju. Inspector says ok. Arjun takes Karun home. Mahima acts and says my son is back. She behaves sweetly. Keval praises Arjun and says father will be like Arjun. Monty and Mickey tease Keval. Jagdish asked Arjun what happened? Arjun thinks that he will not talk about Kashvi anymore. He says he is tired.
Grandma reaches the hospital. The doctor told him that Kashvi had been hanged so he felt suffocated and had trouble breathing. Grandma is surprised. Inspector says it happened because of Birju and tells him that Kashvi will be fine. Dadi prays in the home temple and asks God to save Kashvi. She says that Kashvi loved Arjun, but she was betrayed and lost her son. She asks Mata Rani not to test her anymore. She says if you don’t cure her then I won’t worship you.
Arjun comes to the hospital and sees Kashvi breathing heavily. He says your Arjun is back and asks where did you go, I searched you everywhere in 5 years. He says nothing will happen to you, and says it is destiny that you saved my son, and she says you have given him Mata Rani’s chunri. He says I made a big mistake 5 years ago, and says I don’t understand how it happened. He says I can’t forget your face and pain.
He apologizes to her and says I lived in the hope that I will meet you someday and that is why I continued my studies. He says that he has passed the Civil Services Examination and his training will start soon. He says you can’t leave me and will come back. Kashvi is still breathing heavily. Arjun asks the doctor to see him. The doctor goes to check him. She comes back and says it is a miracle, he is fine now and is conscious. Arjun is about to go inside and meet her, but Dadi stops him.
She says you cheated on her 5 years ago, and ruined her completely. She says you all have made her cry, and says you have snatched everything from her, what do you want to do now? Arjun says I want to apologize to him and make everything right. He says I want to meet Kashvi, please don’t stop me. Dadi shouts and says you cheated her by using her sister. She says Kashvi came to meet you, to compromise with you, but you were marrying someone else.
She says that she was completely heartbroken and at that time she decided to leave the city immediately. She says you are someone else’s husband and asks him to be faithful to his wife. She says I will not let you meet Kashvi, and asks her to get out of their lives. Arjun thinks they don’t know I married Mahima, if they know they will hate me more, and so I won’t tell. Dadi asks him to leave. Arjun goes.
Dadi goes to Kashvi and asks how are you? Kashvi asks if Arjun was here, I thought he was here. Dadi says yes, he came, but I asked him to leave. She says I didn’t want you to see him again and be sad again. Kashvi has tears in her eyes. She recalls Mahima and Arjun sleeping together and then her marriage. She thinks it’s good that grandma asked her to go, and thinks she doesn’t want to have any feelings for him. Grandma says we will leave from here tomorrow. Kashvi says she has to report to her boss first. Grandma asks him to give the report to his boss.
Next morning Kashvi gives the file to the boss and says that she wants to leave once the mission is completed. Boss says Birji has run away and asks him to stay in Faridabad. Kashvi refused and said he had personal reasons. The officer asks is this more than your service to the country?
