Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 3rd December 2023 episode starts with Kashvi confronts Simran and says I know you are married and have a 5 year old son. Simran gets shocked and says I was about to tell you. Kashvi says I don’t want to listen and says you are playing with three lives and asks why did you do this and lie. Simran says I don’t love my husband, my family got me married to him, but I love Mickey and will do anything to be with him. She says I would do anything to be with him, and says God wants it too, and that’s why I’m here, it’s his sign that he wants Mikey and I to be together.
Kashvi asks how can you leave your son, and says a mother can do anything for her child. She says your son must be missing you and searching for you everywhere. She asks how can he bear this, when people taunt him that his mother has run away. She asks if Mickey knows about your truth. Simran says I love Mickey and it is enough for him to know this. She asks Kashvi to leave. Kashvi says you accepted my help when your family was after you, and says she will take him to police. Mahima comes as Santa Claus and gives gifts to the children. Karun’s friend appreciates him. Mahima asks them to dance and thinks to go to her car, change her clothes there and then leave for her kitty party.
Kashvi says you said you love Mickey and want to live with him. She says first you tell him the truth, then leave the decision to him. She asks her to tell the truth to her husband, divorce him properly and then do whatever she wants. Simran says she will not come with him. Mahima comes there and sees Kashvi and Simran fighting. Simran pushes Kashvi and runs away. She bumps into Mahima, pushes her and runs out. Kashvi sees Mahima there and asks what are you doing here? Mahima says what a surprise, why didn’t you tell me that you have returned to Faridabad and says I would have given you a grand welcome.

She says Simran has run away and asks to talk to her. she goes out. Mahima holds Arjun’s hand and asks him to join the party. He refuses and goes after Kashvi. Mahima gets angry.
In the car, Arjun tries to talk to Kashvi. She says she doesn’t want to listen. Arjun says he wants to talk about Simran. He tells that he went to the market when he saw a boy pasting posters and came to know about Simran being already married. Kashvi says Aditya told her about Simran. He says that Mickey loves Simran very much. She says we tried to do right, but don’t know what went wrong.

She says it was my mistake that I came between you two. She says when I left you, you got a chance to return to your first love and you did the same. She says that actually when the marriage happened, you could not control yourself and went to Mahima. Arjun asks him to listen to him

She asks Arjun to take her out. Arjun takes him out. Vishal tells Arpit that Arjun is spending a lot of time with Kashvi. Arjun comes back, but he gets a call from Monty. Monty asks where is Mickey? Arjun says he should be at home. Monty says I searched her everywhere. Arjun asks to call him. Monty says his phone is switched off. Arjun says I will do something. Romila says where has my son gone? Just tells him to calm down. Arjun tells Kashvi that Mickey is not at home, and says I am afraid he has eloped with Simran. Constable comes there and says we got information that Simran has checked into Damini hotel with Mickey.
Precap: Vishal tells Adi that Kashvi had gone to catch Simran at Damini Hotel and Arjun had gone with her. Romila asks Mahima to be careful and says Arjun may return again in Kashvi’s life. Adi goes to the hotel and sees Arjun and Kashvi lying on the sofa in a romantic pose and looking at each other.
