Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 4th December 2023 episode starts with constable tells Kashvi that they have received information that Simran has checked into a hotel named Damini and tells that it is out of the city. Kashvi asks Arjun to come and says they have to leave now. Vishal asks can we come. Kashvi says no, we will manage. Mahima tells Romila that the party is over, and says she will go to Kitty’s party. Romila says your kitty will go to hell and says my son is missing, and says he is your brother. Mahima says Mickey will come back and says she has to go to the party. She says I will not rot at home. Romila asks him to go and asks him to remember not to lose whatever is in his hand. She says Kashvi is back and you know how much Arjun loves her. She asks can’t you see their closeness and asks him to leave Kitty and follow Arjun. She says if Arjun and Kashvi unite then your life will be over. Mahima gets angry, and thinks she is right, if they stay together then they can become one.
Vishal comes to Adi’s cabin and says Kashvi madam is not here, so can you take our training session. Adi asks where is he? Vishal tells that Kashvi had gone to Damini Hotel to catch Simran. The manager opens the door of the room and they come inside.

Mahima tells Romila that Karun will hate Kashvi and our secret will remain secret. Romila says that if Karun comes to know that Kashvi is his real mother then he will be in trouble.
