Today’s episode starts with Abhimanyu and Akshara getting ready with their family.Abhir comes to Abhir and tells him that he looks the most beautiful.Meanwhile, Ruhi comes to Akshara and removes the evil eye from her saying that she looks the most beautiful.Later, Akshara and Abhimanyu leave the room with Ruhi and Abhir respectively.Ruhi is walking ahead of Akshara holding her dupatta when she increases her speed thinking that Abhimanyu has arrived.
However, Ruhi’s running causes Akshara to become unbalanced and would have fallen had Aarohi not been there.Aarohi gets angry and scolds Ruhi for running fast while Akshara asks her not to get angry at Ruhi as she was not maintaining the pace.Then Ruhi runs away after hearing that the wedding procession is coming.Swarna and Surekha go to welcome the wedding procession asking Aarohi to arrange Akshara in a room.
Later, Akshara scolds Aarohi for not going out and tells her to stop being a worried mother and go and enjoy.After a while, Pandit ji welcomes the wedding procession, while Akshara stands at the window and sees Abhimanyu arriving in royal style in an old open car, and his family dancing ahead of them.The Goenkas also join them in dancing after welcoming them with garlands.
After a few minutes, Akshara’s smile subsides and she goes inside to talk to Abhinav.She tells him that she is used to sharing everything with him at the end of the day and she plans to do it forever.She tells him that she is giving Abhir his normal family and shows him the wedding procession.She also tells him that for Abhir’s sake, she will accept this relationship, and will learn to love Abhimanyu so that she can be happy with them.
Elsewhere, Swarna performs the aarti and then is about to pull Abhimanyu’s nose as a ritual, when Manjari and Mahima pull him back, while Shefali tells him that if he lets Swarna pull his nose then he will always have their thumbs. Will have to stay below.Despite the joke, Abhimanyu tells Swarna and others that he has lost his relationship due to his mistakes but they have trusted him again and given him another chance for which he is grateful.
He bows his head in front of Swarna and says that favors are accepted by bowing the head.Abhimanyu’s words mesmerize everyone while Swarna pulls his nose and gives him a branch of Neem tree to touch the toran to protect him from the evil eye.Later, Akshara comes to the mandap (stage) with Kairav, Manish, Aarohi and Swarna and Abhimanyu is mesmerized by her supernatural beauty.While garlanding, Akshara gets dizzy but she controls herself and garlands Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu looks at Akshara smilingly and garlands her while others clap for them.All the rituals take place one by one and the Pandit ji invites the bride’s sister to tie the knot.Meanwhile, Aarohi prays to God to keep them together always.Later, Pandit ji asks the bride and groom to stand for the phera but Akshara once again gets dizzy and this time she faints in Abhimanyu’s arms.Everyone gets worried while Aarohi sees Akshara lying on the bed and thinks how will she not tell everyone about Akshara’s pregnancy.
Meanwhile, Manish asks Abhimanyu what was found in Akshara’s report while Suhasini lies about not getting the report.Abhimanyu asks Dr. Rohan to send the report from the hospital.
