Today’s Imlie 9th October 2023 episode starts with Sonali asks Imlie if she is the same chef whom Agastya hired. Agastya comes in and says that he fired him from his job also. Sonali asked the reason. He says he doesn’t find it important. Sonali says that she does not find it important to expand her business. Bunty gives him aloo puri. Sonali serves it to Dadi.
Dadi praises its taste and says it is better than her aloo puri and it tastes like prasad, the cook at their shop can’t make such food. Sonali says that if Agastya had not removed that chef then it would have been included in the menu. Imlie confronts Agastya for hating bar singers and asks why he has so much trouble with bar singers. Agastya remembers that his mother was once a singer.
Agastya calls the constables and asks them to check if Imlie has a license for the car and complains that it is blocking the traffic there. The constable removes the vehicle from there. Agastya says the poor think everything belongs to their ancestors and try to grab it. Imlie tells him that he also steps on the same ground on which the poor steps. Before the constable confiscates her car, Bunty calls Imlie to come and help her.
Dadi goes to Agastya with Sonali and asks where is the car. Agastya says it went away because it did not have a food license. Imlie shouts at Agastya and pulls the cart with Bunty. Bulbul notices him and taunts him. Imlie gives him a befitting reply and chases him away. Bunty gets angry at Imlie due to loss in business. Imlie convinces her with her heavy dialogues and worries that now how will she arrange money for Ashu’s treatment.
Choudhary got busy checking clothes for Agastya’s wedding. Rajni sees Agastya busy on the phone and asks him to join them as it is his wedding. Mr. Johri comes in with Noyonika and informs Choudhary that the marriage muhurat has been fixed after 2 days. Agastya is shocked while Dadi convinces him to agree. She enthusiastically arranges the ceremony and her health begins to deteriorate.
Imlie investigates the money she got from Mr. Johri for singing at Agastya and Noyonika’s engagement. She looks at the chain that Carrie gifted her as a child and recalls that incident. She tells the doctor that she has arranged 2 lakhs for Ashu’s treatment and will arrange the remaining money soon.
She recalls that Bulbul and Pallo had checked her trunk earlier and had hidden the money and chain in the water tank. After some time, he gets a call from uncle that Ashu’s condition has worsened and he should deposit the money. She finds money and chain missing and questions Pallo. Bulbul remembers seeing Imlie hiding money and chain and stealing them. Pallo and Bulbul start acting like crying loudly. Imlie becomes suspicious of them.
Precap: In the lockup, Imlie prays to God to help her save Ashu’s life. Agastya goes to her and says he has a proposal for her.
