Today’s Katha Ankahee episode starts with Ruhi searching for Katha as she is haunted by horrible memories of her past. She starts crying and calls Katha.Katha picks up the call to which Ruhi cryingly asks her where she had gone. Katha tells him she is out of workRuhi gets nervous and asks why is he outside at this time as this has never happened before. Katha realizes that something is wrong with Ruhi and calms her down.She tells her about the dream house which makes Ruhi feel a little better. Katha asks Ruhi to tell everything she is feeling.
Ruhi asks Katha if she is a bad girl because her mother left her because of this and went in search of a better daughter.The narrative suggests that those who abandon their loved ones are culprits, not victims. Katha promises that she will never leave Ruhi alone and packs her with her in her bag.Meanwhile, Ehsaan becomes stressed when Vanya comes to him and plays a song. When Ehsaan reminds her that they are in the office she holds his hand.Vanya says that she doesn’t care as she is his fiancée and then starts applying sharp pressure on Ehsaan’s hand.
Ehsaan looks at her with a big smile on his face. Vanya says that she wants to go meet Katha, to which Ehsaan replies that she can go, but she might find Katha a bit reserved and cold, but that’s only because she’s been through a lot.Back at Katha’s cabin, Viaan comes and asks her if she is okay and then hands her the new design.Viaan tells Katha that due to the annual tradition, his office will also be decorated for Diwali.
After Viaan leaves, Vanya enters and hugs Katha tightly. Katha smiles seeing him and holds his hand.Katha says that she wishes for favors and Vanya, to which Vanya replies that true love lasts forever.Katha nodded in agreement and said that her friendship also comes with a lifetime guarantee. She then tells Vanya not to talk to her about Viaan because she is not ready to have that conversation.Vanya tells Katha that she is very happy to see her back in the office. She also tells him that Viaan’s existence is because of him.
Vanya could not finish her sentence and left the office.Katha also leaves the office when Pranabh calls her and asks how she is feeling at Earthcon.She tells him that everyone is giving her a lot of love which is making it very difficult for her. She tells him that she is the only one who is mean but still Viaan is showering a lot of love on her.Katha says that the only option she has is to plead with Viaan to leave her alone as he will never give in to her request.
When Raghav comes to take her home, Katha hangs up the phone. Viaan goes to them and invites them to his house for Diwali.Later that day, Ruhi discusses what gift she should give to Viaan. Raghav asks her to find an artistic gift for Viaan as he is a poet.Katha overhears their conversation and gets nervous. She then goes to Ruhi and gives her a gold pendant.Ruhi’s eyes filled with tears as Katha remembered that she liked it in the mall. Katha then gives their gifts to Raghav, Pari and the house staff.
Ruhi asks Katha what gift they should give to Viaan but Katha gets nervous and walks out of the room while Raghav senses something is wrong.Meanwhile, Viaan asks Tejji to keep simple crockery as Katha doesn’t like shiny things. Tejji and Ehsaan scold Viaan for his foolishness of calling Katha and her family.Viaan tells Ehsaan not to ask him to move on and that he still has a lot of work to do.Viaan says that one day the truth will be revealed to Raghav but before that he will have to make Katha face her truth.Back in Katha’s room, Raghav enters and says that Katha keeps things in her heart and she should tell him the truth.
