Baatein Kuch Ankahi Si episode starts with Vaibhav informing Vandana and others that she can never become a mother.Everyone is shocked to hear this as Vandana’s hand slips from Vaibhav’s grip and sobs loudly.The family looks at her with pity as Vandana reiterates that she cannot become a mother and asks how that is possible.
She cries and says that she has raised Mrinal and loves Shivam like her own son while Vaibhav looks away from her.Vandana goes to her father and cries sitting in his lap as she remembers her forever dream of becoming a mother and bringing another life to this planet.Vaibhav tells her that this complication is an old complication due to which there is no possibility of her becoming a mother in future also.

Vandana tearfully recalls how she and Vaibhav had planned to become parents in their first year of marriage.She slides the door down and keeps begging Vaibhav to open the door as she needs his support.Vaibhav comfortably lies down on the sofa and covers his ears with his fingers, disturbed by Vandana’s sobbing.Sarita and Anjali look at Vandana with disgust while Vandana continues to feel helpless and broken and begs her husband for some support in this difficult time.
Meanwhile, Mrunal smiles as she thinks that now Sarita and others will not pressurize Vaibhav and Vandana to get married as Vandana cannot bear a child.She smiles looking at her stomach and thinks only she can give this happiness to Vaibhav.
