Today’s Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 16th October 2023 episode starts with Ishaan tries to fix the lock of the locked door of Savi’s hostel room. He asks him if he has oil. Savi says she has already tried. He asks her to let him try once. She gives him oil. Ishaan pours oil on the lock and says it is fixed, Saavi always tries to defame her college instead of solving her problems.
Savi says let him check whether it opens or not. Ishaan asks if she doesn’t trust him and tries to open the door, but finds it locked. Savi says earlier it was not closing and now it is not opening, she is stuck now.. their bickering starts. Surekha cooks Ishaan’s favorite food for dinner. Anvi says today is something special. Surekha says that there is no need for any special occasion to cook Ishaan’s favorite food and she will always be with Ishaan. Shantanu enters and says that he never allowed Ishaan to meet his mother.
The squabbling between Savi and Ishaan continues. Savi asks him to at least contact Shukla and take his help. Ishaan realizes that he has left his phone in his car. Savi says that she also forgot her phone at Shantanu’s house. They keep blaming each other. The family is happy to see Shantanu back home and welcomes him home. He says that he misses her a lot.
Asmita and Shikha invite him for dinner. Shantanu gives them the laddus prepared by Isha and says that Isha has made them alone. Surekha says Isha likes to work alone, she must have taken the decision to leave her again on her own. Shantanu says let’s not talk about it. Nishi says let’s all eat together. Shantanu asks where Yashwant and Ishaan are. Surekha says Yashwant is out of town and Ishaan is in his room.
Anvi goes to call Ishaan and doesn’t find him at home. They called him and found that he was not picking up the phone. Shantanu calls Pratik who tells that he is at a party and Ishaan is not with him as he does not like partying. Surekha says Ishaan will be troubled because of Isha and blames Isha for ruining Ishaan’s life.
Shantanu gets angry and tries to answer, but Nishi requests him to calm down. Surekha keeps shouting at Isha. Shantanu says Ishaan is not a child and knows what he is doing. The argument between Savi and Ishaan continues. Ishaan feels hungry. Savi makes Maggi for him and then offers laddus. Ishaan says that gram flour laddus are his favourite. Savi says Isha has prepared it. Ishaan gets worried.
